Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Douglas Lebda is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Tree.com and has served in such capacity for LendingTree since January 2008. Mr. Lebda has also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of IAC since the end of 2005. Prior to assuming his current roles, Mr. Lebda served as the Chief Executive Officer of LendingTree, which he founded, since September 1998. Prior to his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of LendingTree, Mr. Lebda served as Chairman of the Board and President of LendingTree since June 1996. Before founding LendingTree in June 1996, Mr. Lebda worked as an auditor and consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Lebda is a member of the Board of Directors of Eastman Kodak.
Gabriel Dalporto
Chief Marketing Officer
Gabriel Dalporto is the Chief Marketing Officer for Tree.com. Mr. Dalporto’s team is responsible for all marketing activities including brand strategy, online marketing, offline advertising, CRM, affinity and affiliate partnerships, social media, PR, analytics and LendingTree product. Mr. Dalporto was previously Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of online brokerage Zecco Holdings, where he led integrated online and offline marketing efforts, business development and PR. As VP of eMarketing and Customer Development at E*Trade Financial, Mr. Dalporto was part of the senior marketing leadership team that re-ignited the company’s growth following the dot-com bust. As VP of CRM Strategy and Customer Acquisition at JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Dalporto built cross-sell and CRM strategies across the company’s retail divisions.
Kamelia Dianati
Senior Vice President of Technology
Kamelia Dianati is the Senior Vice President of Technology for LendingTree and is responsible for all facets of technology development for the Tree.com businesses. She joined the company in April of 2000 and has served in technical-lead and architectural capacities within the technology department. Ms. Dianati was previously the Vice President of Technology at RealEstate.com, and prior to that role, was a consultant and software engineer at several large organizations, including First Union and Pinkerton Security.
Mark Fowler
Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations
Mark W. Fowler is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for LendingTree. Mr. Fowler provides overall strategic direction and leadership to the Sales and Operations Teams. He is responsible for increasing profitable revenues and operational efficiencies, as well as the management of relationships with key financial clients, top prospects and industry contacts. Prior to LendingTree, Mr. Fowler most recently was the Senior Director of Sales for LowerMyBills, Inc., an Experian company, where he developed and executed successful strategies and tactics for National and Regional sales teams. Mr. Fowler has also served as a Principal within the Business Process Services Practice for Xerox Global Services, Inc., as well as a senior account executive for FileNET Corporation.
Greg Hanson
General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, Tree.com
Greg Hanson is the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Tree.com and is responsible for leading revenue and profit growth of the company's multi-vertical flagship brand, Tree.com. Mr. Hanson was previously the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Tree.com and RealEstate.com where he was responsible for all non-mortgage businesses and led the company's expansion into home services, education, health, and other verticals. Before joining the Company in February 2006, Mr. Hanson was the CEO of GuildQuality, a company providing customer feedback analytics to home builders. Prior to this, Mr. Hanson served as CEO for Bullhorn, the leading on-demand solution for staffing companies.
Claudette Hampton
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Claudette Hampton is the Senior Vice President of Human Relations of Tree.com and is responsible for human resources strategy and management across the various businesses and brands within Tree.com. Her team oversees compensation, health and wellness, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and payroll. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hampton was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Baker & Taylor, Inc., headquartered in Charlotte. With more than 20 years of experience in human relations, Ms. Hampton has also worked at companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and Westinghouse Electric.
Chris Hayek
Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Chris Hayek is the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Tree.com and has served in such capacity for the Company since May 2010. Mr. Hayek previously served as the Company’s Vice President and Corporate Controller since joining the Company in August 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hayek served as Vice President of Finance at Wachovia Bank and as a Senior Manager at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. Mr. Hayek is a certified public accountant.
Tamara Kotronis
Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations
Tamara Kotronis is the Senior Vice President of the Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations functions of Tree.com and has served in such capacity since May 2010. Ms. Kotronis is responsible for investor relations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all brands and businesses of Tree.com. Ms. Kotronis joined the company in September 1999 and has served in various capacities within the Finance department. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Kotronis worked as an Analyst for First Union Capital Markets’ Structured Products division.
David Norris
President, LendingTree Loans
David Norris is the President of Home Loan Center, Inc., Tree.com's mortgage subsidiary and has served in such capacity since June 2008. Mr. Norris previously served as Senior Vice President of Home Loan Center and LendingTree, LLC, with responsibility for several areas, including Business Planning & Intelligence, Project Management, Call Center, Customer Experience, Six Sigma, and Sales Training. Mr. Norris joined LendingTree in September, 2006 as Vice President of Corporate Quality. Prior to joining LendingTree, Mr. Norris served as Vice President of Service and Solutions for Toshiba America's Digital Products Division where he was responsible for delivering customer solutions and all post-sale product support. Within Toshiba, Mr. Norris also served as Vice President of Management Innovation.
