I received very prompt and professional service from Aasent senior lending representative Mr. Darrick Jones. He made the entire refinancing process very quick and easy. All I had to do was give a little information and he did all the rest of the work. I never had to worry about a thing. It was over before I knew it. I received a prompt reply from my initial inquiry and was pleased that Aasent didn't make persisent phone calls every 1/2 hour like one of the other lenders responding to my initial request on lendingtree.com. Johnny Meany was very helpful in answering my questions and all closing costs came through at the amount estimated. There were no surprises at closing!! I would use Aasent Mortgage again.

I found my loan agent, Chike Carter, to be very nice and personable. He was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I feel the loan process though could have been streamlined better. It took over 3 months to get things done, money in hand, which having limited experience with this type of loan process seemed too long. Every time I'd submit information, about a week later a request for more information would come. I feel that there should have been some sort of checklist forwarded to me saying exactly what info. was needed. I will say that the last month of my waiting dealt with the third party companies-title co. and money lender.

I contacted Lendng Tree on 9/13/09. Matt Settles of Aasent Mortage e-mailed me immediately. Since I work full time I had listed e-mail or call in the evenings. He was spot on. We never even spoke on the phone and I closed my re-finance on 9/29/09 !!! Unbelievable!! Matt was knowledgeable, pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
