Outstanding

Mark, Melissa and Terri made this process a successful one. I needed to do tons of things in order to be qualified for a home and they helped right along. Now 3 months of working on what I needed and Access Capital keeping in touch, I am a new home owner in 2012! First time home buyer, and the veteran knowledge Access had helped me greatly. I recommend them to anyone who wants to be a first time home owner or home owner period.

Absolutly the Best!!!

Mr. O'Conner was just great. My Wife and I were completely new to home buying when Access Capital Group contacted us. Mr. O'Conner walked us though every step of the way and explained everything, he was always available to answer any questions. Mr. O'Conner made the entire experience very simple and we received a great rate. Thank you once again for everything Sir.

Excellent Customer Service

This was my first time buying a home and I was new to just about everything. David always took the time to answer my questions and explain the details to me. He took and answered calls on the weekends! He also worked very hard to get me the best rate. I tried another local broker before switching to Access Capitol and I wish I had chosen them first. A lot of time and headaches could have been saved! We closed our short sale ahead of time and were very happy with chosing ACG.

Access Capitol Group

David Butcher at ACG did an excellent job working with me to get my house. I was a first time home buyer and I had a tom of questions. He was very patient me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great

I had Michael O'Connor as my Loan Officer and Bill Konar as my underwriter, Both of these gentleman are very knowledgeable and helpful through out the process. They were very fast at getting back to my wife and myself, they worked very close with are real estate agent and escrow company, even went the extra mile and did some of chicago titles work for them as they were to lazy to fix there own errors.

On Top of it!

Access Capital Group wasn't my first choice but when I received a call from Michael O'Connor I immediately liked his attitude and the fact he wasn't pushy like most of the other sales persons that had contacted me through this service. He was on top of everything, very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience of buying a new home easy. I am not the easiest guy to get along with when it comes to business and money. Michael was able to keep me calm and get me through the entire process. He was definately on my side! I would definately recommend these guys!

I Got It!!

Little did I know a month and a half ago, when I was just looking for information, that I would actually own my home as of yesterday. Access Capital was wonderful. They answered all my questions and kept my hopes up all the way thru. The worst thing that happened was that I was sick on the day of signing, but I managed to get there anyway. They were great and I have already recommended them to others. Thank you Mark, Melissa and Bill!! and to any others that also helped.
