Couldn't be happier

My loan officer Jeff was absolutely wonderful! This was my first home purchase and I had many questions, Jeff Stoddard answered them all and went above and beyond by going in on weekends, always answering my calls (even at odd hours), and returning calls quickly if one was missed. My loan rate is wonderful, the process was very easy even though we are not in the same state. I would recommend him and will call Jeff again if I ever buy another home. A+ service, Thanks!!

Thanks Garth

We worked with Garth for over 5 months, on 5 or 6 deals, until we finally got one to close. He was always very professional and wouldn't answer our questions(thankfully), until he was sure the info he was giving us was correct and up to date. With the changes occurring in the mortgage industry recently it was reasuring to know that Garth was working diligently to keep our files up to date with these rapidly changing regulations and guidlines. Great Company, Great People!

I had a great experience with Adobe Financial Corporation. They were with me the entire way and my Loan Officer, Lynn Cantrell, was the best! I was very new to the process and she walked me through all of the paperwork as well as giving me moral support which is a large part of the purchasing process. I had the benefit of her many years of expertise and wisdom in this field. She was on my side and gave me the best possible rate. I would highly recommend Adobe Financial to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

adobe financial

i worked with adobe for a little while and Rick Fike was always available when i called and always able to answer any questions. The only issue i had was the interest rate i locked in was .25% lowerthan what was on the closing paper work i had to sign, i called rick and he was able to get it corrected and even waived the fee to redraw the paper work
