Our New House

We used Adobe Financial to get the mortgage for our short sale purchase. The process was crazy and dollar amounts kept changing and other items kept popping up for the 4 months that the process took to complete. Our loan officer, Hope, was able to respond immediately and modify everything every step of the way. Our experience with a short sale was exhausting, but the experience with Hope was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this mortgage broker; they gave us lots of options and were completely flexible with all the changes that needed to be made.

Outstanding!

I had an incredible experience with Adobe. Rarely have I worked with companies who are so responsive. Every email was answered very quickly. Phone calls were returned promptly. From contract date to close, I was finished in 23 days. I went with Adobe because of the incredible rate they found me, but it it is truly the customer service that stands out - great company - highly recommended!

New Mortgage

Adobe Financial provided excellent service and was great to work with. I was impressed by how fast I would receive email and/or phone responses to my questions; their responsiveness helped make the process go smoothly. We were constantly updated on the status of our mortgage application so there was never any uncertainty. I would recommend Adobe to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Bryan was AMAZING

When I say that my Loan was a tough one to close, that is a total UNDERSTATEMENT (and with 4 home loans under my belt, I am no rookie to this game)... After going to Lender after Lender and hearing No No No... Adobe Financial was able to seal the deal. Bryan Nuorala, particularly, was awesome. He was a straight shooter and there for me every step of the way. He didn't make any garauntees that he couldn't follow through on, but he reassured me that the deal was doable and so long as I did my part, he would do his. Sure enough, 47 days later I was moving into my new home =)

Excellent!

I would definitely recommend this lender to anyone. They gave me a great rate, were incredibly responsive, no hidden fees, and were a pleasure to deal with. Truly an excellent company, straightforward and easy to deal with.

It was great working with Adobe through the entire process and to be specific Hope Myers. Hope kept me informed and updated every step of the way and was always plesant to work with even going the xtran mile to give me updates after hrs and on her vacation! I would recomend Adobe to anyone looking for a mortgage .

Trust in Mark

Over a nearly 6 month short sale purchase process, Mark Hawkins proved an accommodating and trusted resource. I did not choose Adobe Financial from the LendingTree options because of their quoted rate, though I qualified easily for the best available terms and Adobe is very competitive. I selected Adobe specifically for Mark. From first contact, he exhibited patience, avoiding the 'sales call' approach of so many other lenders. Instead, he showed confidence and pride in Adobe and their financial products and let the numbers and his expertise 'do the talking'. Mark was genuinely interested in my needs, diligently researching and helping me select the financial package I desired. He was flexible when I asked him to rework certain numbers, and addressed every question with equal importance and sincerity, even when I - as a first-time home buyer - knowingly asked a few dumb ones. In an economy where general opinion of lenders has soured, I am elated to report that Mark was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy consultant involved in my real estate transaction. A wonderful man at a wonderful company.
