Positive First Time Buyer Experience

Overall we had a wonderful first time buyer experience with using Adobe Financial expecially our agent Gina Simpson. Gina was very professional and responsive and always took time to answer our questions even after business hours. Gina was attentive to our needs and concerns with being first time home buyers and made it a pleasant process.

Thanks Garth

We worked with Garth for over 5 months, on 5 or 6 deals, until we finally got one to close. He was always very professional and wouldn't answer our questions(thankfully), until he was sure the info he was giving us was correct and up to date. With the changes occurring in the mortgage industry recently it was reasuring to know that Garth was working diligently to keep our files up to date with these rapidly changing regulations and guidlines. First Home Purchase

Good service

Adobe financial is a brokerage. They were very thorough and very attentive to customer service and details. The only challenge was the underwriter of the bank they chose to have service our loan, who didn't understand AZ termite laws, and asked for several conditions after we signed final papers causing our loan to close 4 days late. Besides the loan closing a few days late, the service was stellar, they were very patient and explained things in very clear terms.

Took care of a hard loan

I really appreciate Adobe's help. They got me a loan that every other bank and mortgage company I spoke with said would be either hard or impossible. Although it took a lot of work and patience, they were able to get me the loan I needed and thus help me get into the house we wanted. Thanks so much!

Phoenix purchase

Our experience with Adobe Financial was very good. I have to say that without the continued persistance of our loan officer Tim Mills, our loan may not have cleared all the FHA hurdles in a relatively short time frame. Thanks for all your hard work!
