Tried 2x to close a home with the MA office, no matter how many times I explained what I needed for info & timing, it was ignored, and the $'s never added up. Closing costs swing wildly between what you first see & what you are told when there's no time left to revise them. They always wait to the last minute to give you a totally different $ than what you were expecting. After 2 months I finally gave up, I'm not one to reward incompetence with people who want my $'s but ignore everything I ask them to do.

Times have changed and so have the requirements for mortgages. This being my 6th mortgage I was surprised at how much more information was required but my advisor was great at explaining all the new requirements and why they were required. There was timely and effective communication and really an effortless process to obtain my new mortgage. They were not aggressive or too high pressured in trying to obtain my business. Instead they earned my business by being responsive and attentive to my needs and questions. I would highly recommend them.
