Scott Vaught w/Affinity did an awesome job, I've never had anybody take as much time as Scott did to answer my questions and breaking the details down to me where I could understand it. If you are wanting to refinance but the whole process has you feeling overwhelmed, talk with Scott! There's no dumb questions with him. The entire process was pretty painless and closing was a breeze with no surprises.

Did a VA Streamline loan for me and even though loan process was on auto-pilot (or at least felt that way) - Paul was nevertheless very much hands on to make sure we understood and were comfortable with the process. Had almost committed to doing the process with previous lender, but Paul showed how competative they were with fees and saved us some money in the process. Very pleased with our refi.

I was looking to refinance my VA loan and was searching for the best rate. After the deluge of offers from various lenders and brokers, Andrew left a message pretty much guaranteeing me that nobody would beat him on a VA refinance. I figured I'd see if that were true, and it turned out that he got a great rate at great terms. He even managed to get an upgraded offer about a week out from closing that used the substantial closing credits to improve/lower the rate for the first two years on my 30-year VA refinance. He was always available to answer all our questions or to explain some of the more complex features in our offers. Great service! I'm very satisfied and have already recommended Andrew and Affinity to my friends that are looking to buy or refinance.
