Took Good Care

This was our first mortgage/house purchase and we didn't know up from down. From the beginning, the staff took time to answer our (many) questions and then also worked hand-in-hand with our realtor to make sure everyone knew what was happening with the loan process. When we told our friends how easy and quick everything was, they said that was abnormal and kept waiting for a problem. Well, none occurred and we have an awesome home to prove it.

Excellent Service

America Home Key was very responsive and able to help us close on our loan in a very short amount of time. They were willing to work with us on the closing costs and responded to any questions/concerns we had during the process. They process all their loans in-house, so they were able to work together to get us approved and closing quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home loan. You can't go wrong with their services.

Great Help

I have been working with Brad Foster and he has been great. He was very tentitive to what I needed and very patient with helping me get into a good loan. Looking forward to closing on the home with these guy's. They helped me close the deal with 0 closing cost, and due to being an Vet; I I didnt have to pay lots of fees.

Everything Was Horrible

I spoke with a certain man, and he made everything sound excellent. It seemed everything was going great. He requested for different types of information, and I provided it. All this was going around holidays so he requested for and extension. We got it, everything still seemed to be going excellent. I called him and he advised me that he was setting up the appraisal and we would close within 10 days. That was the last time we talked. I tried reaching him for a week and a half. Now it's been almost 3 weeks and still nothing. I finally went to a different company.

Awesome service

If you get Chris Doll as your banker you'll be in good hands. He's awesome and always on top of everything. Very responsive and delivered as promise. There were no hidden charges or rate change at close and the good-faith-estimate was spot on.
