My mortgage

Something told me one day to look at morgages. I was put in contact with American Dreams Mortage Services. I was pre approved for a mortage the same day. I was then put in contact with a realtor who had worked with Josh my mortage broker previously. My wife had then found a home that we had both agreed on. We put our first offer in and after a counter offer it was accepted. Josh went out of his way to make sure the closing costs where the 4% that the seller had agreed to pay.
