AFR review

I filled out a Lending Tree application in hopes to refinance. I was contacted by James Marrocco with American Financial Resources. James was very personable and very positive. He was honest about the whole process and what was needed. He worked extremely hard on his end to make the refinance a reality, where it may not have been with many other companies. I appreciate all his hard work, honesty, and dedication. Thank you James.

Lack of Response

I contacted this lender and they never got back with me. I attempted twice and decided they must be too busy to take my app. I couldnt say if they are reasonable or not since I couldnt even get a call back.

Failure to respond & give good faith est.

After my initial call with one of their employees, I have not received a good faith estimate nor details as I requested. I have only continued to receive regular automated emails implying they are trying to reach me. I responded to one and was told I would be called the next day to figure out the status of my application and no one called. The latest automated email I received asked for me to let them know if I did not wish to continue to pursue my application and they would close my file. I don't get it....
