American Financial Resources Review

Initially AFR was very responsive and eager to process the loan application. The rate was very competitive and the loan officer was very upfront and friendly to work with. There were several times throughout the loan process when we questioned the status of the application and were told it would be moving to the next stage "asap"...only to be contacted 3 days later requesting additional information. There were a few times during the process when phone calls and e-mails weren't returned. Also, some questions posed went unanswered and when we asked them the second time, it was like we were asking them for the first time.

AFR review

I filled out a Lending Tree application in hopes to refinance. I was contacted by James Marrocco with American Financial Resources. James was very personable and very positive. He was honest about the whole process and what was needed. He worked extremely hard on his end to make the refinance a reality, where it may not have been with many other companies. I appreciate all his hard work, honesty, and dedication. Thank you James.

Lack of Response

I contacted this lender and they never got back with me. I attempted twice and decided they must be too busy to take my app. I couldnt say if they are reasonable or not since I couldnt even get a call back.
