The process was complete, and our refinance had funded less than a month after we first logged on to Lending Tree. The staff at Americash was amazing - they made themselves totally available to answer any questions and take care of any concerns. There was never more than a few minutes after sending an email or making a phone call, before I had an answer to my questions.

The rate they sent me on lending tree was substantially different from the rate quoted when I called them. They could not explain the difference and claimed that lending tree uses old rates.
