This was a very good experience. Everything was straight foward. I was pleased with Mike's work prices were fair and ended up lower than quoted.

I have refinanced properties several times, and this was by far my best experience. Ed, my mortgage broker, worked really hard on my loan, and the deal came through on terms even better than he initially quoted. I talked to several brokers early on, then finally narrowed it down to Amerigo after talking with Ed, and did not regret it! I'm self employed, and financing is never simple for me, and in this market I don't think its simple for anyone. This deal was no exception, but I was really pleased with how Ed just patiently stuck with it until it finally closed!
