I recently closed on a house in Chicago within 2 months from application using Apollo Mortgage working with Al Busano. Al knew each step along the way and it helped significantly that I could have Apollo manage the numerous requirements needed on my behalf, they were very knowledgeable. Apollo have an email alert system that provide alerts on the status of the loan. This is distributed to all the stakeholders in the process to keep them informed. This helped during a tight turnaround to understand the pinch points and get them dealt with. The rate and closing costs were spot on at closing in fact the costs were lower than originally sttaed which was nice. Apollo provided a free appraisal and has no application fee. Overall I was very impressed by Apollo and Al's professionalism throughout and the real estate agent and lawyer I used also stated to me that Apollo had worked very well and they are impressed by their level of service.

Al Busano was repsonsive through the enitre process and made moving in from out of state an easy experience. when push came to shove and a situation that arose affecting my closing date, Al went to bat for me and I was able to close on time. this was a huge help! Otherwise I would have to have been out extra cash for moving expenses and all the free labor from friends that could help on a weekend move. I felt Al took ownership of my file but also in making sure I was a satisfied and well taken care of customer. Thanks Al and Apollo Home Mortgage.
