After talking with several mortgage companies, I decided to go with Atlantic Pacific. Not only were their rates comparable and their fees/closing costs low, Scott Kleinman was the key factor. He was incredibly knowledgeable and not afraid to take the time to share that knowledge, dependable, responsive, trustworthy, and a nice guy to work with. I will have no hesitation to recommend Atlantic Pacific/Scott Kleinman to anyone.

Recently refinanced my mortgage and home equity loan into one consolidated mortgage with Atlantic Pacific Mortgage. The loan officer was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, it never took more than one or two hours until he responded. He kept me updated on current and next steps and there were no delays in the process so we were able to close within the lock-in period. Would recommend this company in a heart beat.
