...it's not personal it's business. When you refinance it is all about the money....rate/term/payment/etc.. To quote Dallas when I told him about my other offers..."I can crush those." Indeed he did. My previous loan holder wanted to talk about customer service and long-term relationships....Blah Blah Blah...the only time I have called customer service regarding my loan was this time and your information is NOT worth $5K in closing costs and half a percentage point on my loan. I submitted a request on 8/20...Dallas contacted me by cell the same day (after hours by the way). We signed our papers on September 10th. He definitely backed up his original statement...Dallas was all about EARNING my business and HANDLING his business.

They took my personal information and prepared all of the paperwork, provided me a copy to review and arranged for an agent to bring the final papers to my house for review and signing.
