line of credit

We applied for a line of credit. Charter one was very cooperative, more so then other banks. We had asked for a actual appraisal instead of the standard drive by. They were the only bank we worked with who was willing to do a full appraisal.

Charter One HELOC

The whole process was pretty simple, and the Charter One rep was very responsive to all my questions. Absolutely no fees, or hidden costs; just what they told me. Pretty straight forward. This was my first experience with Lending Tree and Charter One, and it was very positive. I'm not being paid to provide these remarks, and in general, I'm a pretty picky customor who asks a lot of questions..... and I was very, very satisfied. Thanks!

HELOC Charter One

Very professional, responsive customer service. They don't waste your time, are very clear about everything. Loan was closed in about two weeks after lending tree application. Extremely fast. I would recommend this lender to anyone.

Quick Response

Charter One Bank submitted a response and had the lowest interest rate within minutes after we submitted our request for a home equity loan. They readily answered our questions regarding the payment terms. We were assured there would be no fees, and Charter One was true to their word. After gathering and emailing the financial information they required, we closed our loan in less than two weeks. Other than visiting a notary of our choice at closing, we were not required to personally meet with anyone concerning home value, liens, etc.
