We worked with Josh Kotter on our purchase on our first home and he was wonderful to work it. I was happy and pleased with all the help that he provided as. We had a great experiance working with him and I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent Experience

This was my first time buying a home and Josh was very good at walking me through the whole process. I just graduated from tech school about six months ago and didnt really think i would even be able to get a home. I couldnt be any happier with how things went and would recommend Josh to anybody! Alex is awesome!

This is my second home purchase in the past three years and it was definitely better than the first - and I would have given that lender 5 stars at the time. So I guess I'd have to give 6 stars to Alex! Alex Horaitis was very helpful throughout the entire process and even understanding about my juggle with a constantly changing work schedule, three kids and my inability to make it to a fax machine...ever! He was a great help and really worked hard to get to know our family and our home needs. We ended up with the best deal for us and huge house I never would have dreamed I'd be able to afford! Easily! Thanks, Alex!

Tim is the best!

Tim Kutz worked extremely hard for me to get my mortgage. He was patient with any questions and always quick to respond to any emails or calls. I would recommend him and Commonwealth to anyone looking for a good mortgage experience!

Jim the Great!!!

After receiving the run around from a large bank, we began working with Jim Ryan. He was EXTREMELY honest, responsive & worked hard to get the job done. Not to mention fast & diligent. Very Good Experience

Worked with Josh Kotter at Commonwealth, and was extremely happy with how things worked out. I had used another mortgage broker for my last mortgage a few years back, but was much happier with my current experience. Josh was very friendly and professional, and very responsive; also, he worked very hard to help us secure the best possible terms on our mortgage. Everything went without a hitch. I'd strongly recommend.

Excellent Service

Commonwealth did a wonderful job with our mortgage. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and reservations. But Bruce did a very good job answering all of my questions and putting me at ease. He helped line up all of the additional services required as well. An all-around great experience. I would definitely recommend!

Tim did whatever he could do make sure that we were satisfied. He answered all of our questions, especially since we were first time homeowners. He was flexible and always answered his phone, even on weekends. I highly recommend Commonwealth Mortgage Group to anyone!
