When I entered my information on Lending Tree I had no idea what to expect. I received a couple of emails from lenders but one called me the next morning. That was Ryan Reynolds. When I answered the phone he introduced himself and my first thought was..the Green Lantern is calling me. Well.. It wasn't The Green Lantern but Ryan is a true super hero. He was very personable but thorough. From day one I felt very comfortable talking to him. He was encouraging and reassuring. I was unsure if I could obtain a loan but he said he felt certain that I could. Thirty days later I was closing on my first home. I would highly recommend Ryan Reynolds. A true super hero.

Fairway made us homeowners when we thought it was too late! We got stuck in the middle of the new legislation and we were having the hardest time getting a mortgage. I decided to give it one last shot before we gave in and thats when Bill Reynolds from Fairway called me. With in 5 minutes of me putting my interest out there he called. I explained the situation to him and he had no fear that he could make this happen. AND HE DID! The whole process was smooth, communication was great, and he always kept us in the loop. He knew exactly what went wrong where and how to fix it. We are extremely happy and would recommend Fairway AND Bill Reynolds to anyone! Thank you Bill and Fairway for making us homeowners!

I decided to try out Lending Tree just to see if my wife and I were eligible to buy a home. Right off the bat I received numerous calls from different lenders some of whom I answered for and some I didn't. For some reason I answered when Brad Thomas called and I'm sure glad I did. Brad was the most helpful person Ive ever dealt with in any type of customer service environment ever. He bent over backwards to have our exceptions granted for our USDA rural development loan. It was as if he was my best friend doing whatever he could to get us in the house that we wanted. I hopefully will never have to go through the moving process again because we all know how bad moving can be but if I do then I wont hesitate to call Brad again. The Realtors at our closing were commenting on how this was the first close they had go through on time in at least 6 months. From now on I will recommend anyone I know to Brad and the staff at Fairway mortgage to future home buyers because they did an excellent job and I couldn't have asked for anything more!

I was referred to Bill and Fairway Mortgage thru Lending Tree and was a little apprehensive about dealing with someone thru on-line and phone contact only. I overcame my fears because Bill and his staff were excellent. He was very professional and easy to work with. He explained every step of the process. I really appreciate the fact that he helped me get approved and close in a very short amount of time appx 2 months. I was on a short deadline and Bill and his staff helped me close before my deadline thru prompt and knowledgeable service. Words can't express my thanks and gratitude!!!!

Over the past few years I have been through a lot and finally got back on my feet and started to look into purchasing a new home.
