In todays economic times it's not easy to navigate a flawless refinance. Jeff Abdilla offered about as close to a flawless refinance as possible. His commitment to my needs were as attentive as his eye for details. No question was left unanswered and no answer was sugar coated; he stuck to the script of doing nothing less than a proffesional job! BRAVO!!! and Thanks!

The company rep called promptly, the same day as the online offer. Unfortunately, the service rep had no social or appropriate communication skills to take the offer any further. He kept asking the same questions that were completely filled out on the online form. He had no new information to offer us regarding mortgage company. When I interrupted his redundant questions, he abruptly ended the conversation with "if you don't want to give me information, then I guess we're done here-I'm busy, too". I won't be using them.

Keith Jacoby was personable and responsive. Quote was issued within days, all my questions were answered quickly and completely. Closing process was very convenient. The repeated automated emails requesting signatures for documents I had already signed were annoying, though. In all, a very good experience. Thank you.

Shawn and the crew really did a great job with my refinance of my home. The whole process took right at a month to do with no hassle. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

My husband and I had been putting off refinancing for a long time because we dreaded the mounds of paperwork and follow up that we encountered last time (2001). However, with rates at record lows, we knew we had to do something! MUCH to our surprise, the refinancing process was pretty much "pain free" and extremely fast (12-14 days beginning to end and we were on vacation for 10 of those)!! Granted, our excellent credit helped but, Joe ALWAYS made us feel like we were his most important customers. He followed through on everything he said that he would do and the costs ended up being LOWER than on our original estimate from him. We cannot recommend Joe and First Preferred highly enough and plan to do so to our family and friends!!

These guys are third class. They do not bother to call back. They make several promises but when it comes to delivering it you can not find anyone. They emailed me several times that many things would happen. Not even one was completed. Totally unreliable....
