great rate, easy to work with

Robbin Nichols was my representative at Great Western. She was absolutely awesome!! I felt very comfortable and confident working with her as she took the time to explain everything thoroughly to make sure I was making informed decisions. She also stayed on top of all the details when it was needed and kept me proactively informed throughout the process. I would do business with her again.

Great Refi Experience

Joshua Mann did an outstanding job throughout the process. From the very first email I received it was clear he was ready to hit the ground running. Whereas the other contacts all put the ball back in my court by asking me to contact them, Joshua emailed me asking for the few pieces of additional info that would allow him to get an offer together for me. Once he had that we talked and it was clear that he was not only ready to move things along, but knew what he was talking about and had my best interest in mind. The process took some time, but throughout Joshua was very responsive and proactive in chasing things down. I would highly recommend Joshua and Great Western to anyone looking to refinance.

Great Experience

I knew with the interest rates at such a low, I would have been foolish not to pursue a re-fi. However, I was dreading the whole process based on past experience. A friend urged me to try Lending Tree which got me in contact with Joshua Mann at Great Western. I was so amazed with the service and rate I received from Joshua, I honestly could not be more pleased! The process from start to close was 3 wks and absolutely painless. Joshua was honest, detailed, courteous and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family!! Thanks, Peggi

We had a favorable experience with Great Western. Jeremy was conscientious and responsive. The documentation process was somewhat onerous, but I understand that is a sign of the times. Their closing costs were very competitive.

Awesome

I was very cautious to find a mortgage on the lending tree network and the Internet. I spoke to persons from 4 companies that promptly contacted me and was very impressed with Joshua Mann of Great Western Financial Services. He knew the business, the current market, and answered all my questions. The mortgage rate was excellent also. Although Joshua Mann impressed me, I felt compelled to go with a local mortgage broker to appease a business associate connected with the same broker. Unfortunately the local broker was unable to match the rate or the loan amount requested so I recontacted Joshua Mann. We closed within 21 days. The process was smooth although there was a lot of information required. Joshua Mann was very organized and able to assist me submitting the necessary paperwork. His checklist made the process very easy to understand. I highly recommend Joshua Mann and Great Western Financial Services.
