Professional and Responsive

I was purchasing a new home while looking to refinance my old property. Chris Ross from Homeplus Mortgage was my rep. From a period between Sep 2011 and Feb 2012, he worked tirelessly with me on 3 different loans. He was responsive, never took more than an hour to respond to me, explained to me all of the options, and was able to answer all of my questions. If he could not, he made sure to research the answer and get back to me. When my initial investment property refinance did not work out, he found a new loan program that worked for me. He even made calls to some of my financial institutions to help speed the process. He kept me updated constantly via email, even daily as the loan was near closing. Top notch employee. If he is representative of the rest of the organization, you can't go wrong. You can be confident that you are getting one of the best rates and the absolute best service possible. Have already recommended he and his company to 2 co-workers.

Excellent Customer Service

We received excellent customer service on our refinance from our rep, Chris Ross. He was extremely helpful in getting us the best terms and keeping us updated on the status of our loan. I highly recommend HomePlus!

HomePlus is the best!

Jeff Ludlow with HomePlus Mortgage worked hard to move our re-fi forward as quickly as possible and made the entire experience as easy as possible. I checked with several other agencies and no one was able to provide the low cost terms and rates that HomePlus was able to secure. Jeff is a really persoable guy who ALWAYS replied to emails or phone calls within hours. He gave us a high comfort level that everything was going to happen just as he told us it would. I highly endorse Jeff and HomePlus and have already referred my friends to them.

HomePlus Refi support

Chris Ross of HomePlus was exemplary in pushing our refi through in record time. Start-to-Finish, we closed in about 3.5 weeks. Although we may have managed to secure a lower rate with the current conditions if we were willing to be more patient, we were still able to secure nearly a 2% lower rate than our current 30-year fixed loan with minimal fees/costs. Great job Chris! I'll pass your name to friends, family and colleagues looking to refi.

Best Experience Ever!

"Wow" is the only word that comes to mind...although I had not heard of HomePlus prior to this transaction, their customer service blew me away. They had the best rates, the nicest people, and ALWAYS responded to my questions immediately. There were even problems with the escrow company dropping the ball, and the HomePlus team stayed on top of the situation like hawks, resolving every issue to my satisfaction, AND exceeding expectations. Bottom line-I trust them, and HomePlus will be the first company I turn to for future transactions. I will also recommend them to friends & family!

Beyond 5 STAR service from Home Plus Mortgage

Home Plus Mortage was the first company to contact me after I sumbitted my interest through Lending Tree. From the start, communication with Home Plus Mortgage was professional and tmely. I was very skeptic of working with someone to refinance my home that I would never meet face to face but, throughout the entire process, there was no way to know that there was 600 miles between us! The service from Brian Duda was exceptional! Despite a few bumps in the road, he was able to secure a new loan for me where a first and secoind mortgage was being combined. I can not say enough good about my experience! Thank you Brian and your colleagues at Home Plus Mortgage!

Excellent Service and a Great Rate!

HomePlus Mortgage offered excellent service on our loan. Jeff Ludlow, our mortgage broker at HomePlus was really great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about all of the aspects of our loan. Jeff was always available, and provided outstanding service – along with a great loan rate! Jeff was able to meet a very tight deadline on a short sale, and went above and beyond to expedite our loan. Jeff communicated well with our realtor, the selling agent, and the escrow company . My wife and I were very happy that we chose to go with Jeff and HomePlus mortgage. I highly recommend Jeff Ludlow to anyone looking for a mortgage. You will receive great service, constant communication, and the best rates.
