Overall, my refinance went very well. My Homequest contact throughout the process was the owner of the company. He was available 24-7, and if answers were not immediately available, he was able to get them w/in 24-hours. (I had a lot of questions relating to the workings of ARMs, etc.) The mortgage rate that I was able to get, combined w/ the reasonable closing costs, put this lender ahead of the other lenders provided to me by Lending Tree. I highly recommend this lender.

Kris and Homequest did a fantastic job helping us in the refinance of our home. Kris went above and beyond what he normally would have to do in a refinance because of the nature of our original loan. He assured us it would not be a problem and he was very good in keeping us up to date on the progress. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Overall, a very good experience. Bob and Homequest was absolutely fantastic in every way possible. I could not be more pleased. He said at the very beginning of the process that he would exceed my expectations and he was right. I only dealt with one employee of this company and because of that one employee I would never do business with this company. I would not normally be that way but that is how badly I was treated. He give false information and in the middle of things changed information suddenly. At the point I was starting to have second thoughts and expressed my concerns I went from being his most favorite client to dirt! Dirt is the way I felt like with comments/names he used in e-mails to me which I have kept if needed. I really feel this employee is a disgrace to your company. Hopefully he is the only employee you have like him or I do not see how your company survives.
