Interbank Mortgage - Refinancing

I used interbank to refinance my home. They offered the most competitive rate and listened to my goals in refinancing rather than trying to close a sale. Many of the other lenders I was working with did not listen to my goals and was trying to offer me a mortgage that did not align with my needs. Interbank was up front about their fees and there was no surprises at closing. The customer service was excellent throughout the complete process. The closing process was relatively smooth and the loan closed on time.

Painless Refi

I went OnLine on March 2nd and Googled "Home Refinance". The search lead to Lending Tree. I filled out the required data within the Lending Tree site and within an hour I was receiving calls from the 5 Lenders that they provided me with. Within 24 hours after talking to these 5 lenders I decided to go with InterBank Lending. Alex Bergman handled my Loan Application forms and I provided him with all the necessary personal financial information within 48 hours. He was very professional and was always looking for ways to lower my rate or fees to match any competing lender. The following week an Appraiser was dispatched to value the property. Two weeks after that Stacey Koch, the Mortgage Loan Processor from Interbank contacted me saying my Loan was approved. Another two weeks lapsed until the Refi went to Closing. This Painless process which started on 3/2/2010 when I Googled "Home Refi" which lead to Lending Tree culminated on 4/9/2010 with a Closing in which Interbank Lending provided the New Mortgage Funds at a great rate of 4.875% without escrow for a Conventional 30yr Term Loan. Everyone at Interbank Lending was very professional and courteous and I highly recommend them to anyone considering them. Thank you ALL

I talked to 7 companies for my new mortgage. Five of them were misleading (being nice) at some point in our discussions. I let the other 2 fight it out and Interbank won. Dale Pierce was honest from the get go. He explained all the fee's and was appx. $250 below the “competition”. Their application and closing process went extremely smooth. Stacey was very informative and responsive during the process. We closed a week before the initial estimate provided. Highly recommended. Integrity in the banking industry now of days should be rewarded…?
