Excellent Experience

I’d like to take the opportunity to express my thanks and gratitude and to acknowledge the hard work and professionalism of Ricardo Banda, Loan Officer at Gateway Business Bank. It is clear that Ric’s primary objective and concern is on ensuring that his clients are completely satisfied. Not only did he find me the best rate, he proved (every step of the way) that he is reliable, trustworthy, and an expert in his field. Ric worked diligently through the entire process, from his initial call to after the actual closing. He was easy to reach, accurate with all of his facts, and vigilant in tracking and communicating rate changes and trends. On top of all of this, Ric is genuinely likable and an easy guy to work with. I believe that Ric is a tremendous asset to the organization and I was fortunate to have worked with him to get my loan processed and funded. I highly recommend Gateway Business Bank and Ricardo Banda for expedient, reliable, and professional home lending services. I will absolutely utilize Ric for my financing needs in the future, and will advise my friends, family, and peers to do the same.

Review of Chad Machado, Loan Officer

Chad Machado was my loan officer. I can say without hesitantcy that he went well above an dbeyond to protect my interests in closing my 2 refi loans. I would recommend him to anyone lookin gto do the same. Excellent job!!!

Quote was incorrect

My quote said that it was subject to no points and no lender's fees. When I spoke to representative, the told me that the price quoted was subject to points and lender's fees. Do not trust your quote from this company.

Just a wonderful experience overall. I have heard all the horror stories from friends and coworkers about dealing with the banks lately. The big box banks are the worst. I decieded to try the online method. We are extremely happy with the results. Totally professional people all around. Dump the big box banks now!!! this really worked well, right at my laptop.

Fantastic Customer Service

We selected Lenders Direct in part because of their Lending Tree rating (and their great rate, of course) and we were not disappointed. Their staff was super helpful, very responsive, and exceedingly professional. Great experience all around. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Company

Cathie Bui and Monica are the absolute best. Easy to work with and if I ever needed anything they were extremely fast to respond. We went from paying a 7.25% to a 3.75% and saved around $400 a month on our mortgage. If you are going to refinance I would for sure look at Lenders Direct. Top Notch!!!!

Responsive and knowledgeable service

Lenders Direct was the first company to contact me, and from that moment on, my contact person was incredibly responsive, and so patient. She helped me answer questions that may have been beyond the scope of the refinancing. When we experienced hiccups in the process, I was fortunate to have the support and knowledge of everyone involved with our refinancing. I will definitely recommend them to a friend.

Terrible Communication

Very poor communication during the loan process. There was a lack of direction provided to me when information was requested. Cryptic emails that required several questions to understand. Mailings that included little direction regarding what I was supposed to do with them. Worst of all, there were changes made to the contract that I was not informed of!!! Also, requests made multiple times for the same information. The whole thing took way too long. In the end I felt frustrated and disappointed with the way I was treated. Probably the worst experience I've ever had refinancing.
