We had incredible service from Lender's Direct. We ran into problems with our appraisal and they worked with us towards a fair, equitable solution. In fact, had they not responded so well I am sure that we would have gone with another lender. Big thanks go out to Rita Rebollar who was our customer service representative. She was amazing.

The service I received from Ken Schultz and Lisa Saulus was excellent but the review time by bank/lender was very prolonged. As a result my rate went from the initial proposal of 3.875% (1 point) to 4.387%. There was no lock during their review. In contrast, my brother working with another bank received a proposal of 4.25% (0 points) and closed at that rate. He wound up with a lower rate than I did and paid 0 points. Very disappointing.

Jamall and the other folks at Lenders Direct were incredibly responsive throughout the mortgage refinance process. Calls and emails were always returned same day. We would absolutely work with this firm again.

I spoke with several different lenders. Anthony was by far the most helpful and responsive. I had many questions as this is the first time I've refinanced. He answered all my questions promptly and in a straight forward manner. I have already recommended him to friends and family looking to refinance.

Although there seemed to be a bit of a disconnect between the paperwork we filled out at application time and what was needed at closing time (the title/closing people seemed to be asking us for material we had already supplied), Overall we had a great experience on our refinance. Ernest Barragan definitely stood out from the other reps who contacted us. He called almost before I hit "submit" on the Lending Tree website, but was never pushy or obnoxious. In contrast to the competition, whose reps were incomprehensible, or breezy, or clearly more concerned with what I could do for them than what they could do for me, Ernest provided patient, thorough explanations, going beyond the pale to present all my options and explain what the next steps would be. He was persistent without being too sales-y. A pleasure to work with.

It took long to close because there were some issues that needed special review. I felt that the lender could have started to deal with the issues earlier. In the end, we got a great loan, but communication could have been improved throughout.

We just completed our refinance and Lenders Direct was simply amazing. I had been told by friends and family what a hassle refinancing was, especially in this day and age, but the people at Lenders Direct made every step easy, smooth and worry-free. Ken and Kevin were always prompt in their correspondence and put me at ease from the very start. They were able to get me an unbelievable rate and the whole process took much less time than I thought it would. I will be sure to refer my friends and family to Lenders Direct. Ken at Lenders Direct was so upfront and curtious with my needs I desided to refinance through Lenders Direct. The Whole process from start to finish was amazingly smooth. Even working with Kevin through the loan processing. Any time I had a question or concern one of the would contact me within a few hours.
