I had heard horror stories about getting a home loan, especially in these trying times. I was sure that we were not going to be successful. Sherry and Cody changed everything for us. From the onset we were treated like #1. Being in the military we found ourselves stationed in California, but buying in San Antonio. We did over 90% of our stuff online. Event with those constraints, Sherry and Cody still worked their magic. There was not one question that I could not ask and get an immediate response. When we were away and had not communicated, Sherry contacted me to make sure we were still interested. She along with Cody literally took us by the hand and made this the most wonderful experience we have encountered. I can't tell you how wonderful everyone was. If you are new to buying a home I would HIGHLY recommend LoanNet Expo. They will explain everything and be so supportive. I truly felt cared for from beginning to end. Should we ever find ourselves purchasing another home, I will go with LoanNet Expo.

What can I say? I couldn't have asked for a better refi experience. TJ Johnson @ Loan Net Expo was the first lender that I talked to that was not pushy with me, laid out my options for me, and let me think it over and make a decision. She was always very helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions. She consistently went above and beyond what she was required to do. She helped me get the smoothest refinance possible, and went out of her way to help me save money. I would HIGHLY recommend her business to anyone.

I have nothing bad to say about LoanNet Expo. I was assigned to Kyle K, and he did a great job! I got a great rate, and they had the lowest closing costs of any other lender. Kyle responded to my phone calls and emails very quickly. Great Service! I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who's buying a home.

I had a great experience using LoanNetExpo. I was able to move in to my new house 1 month after starting the process. It was really easy to get all the paperwork done, because they would email me everything. I would definately use them again for my next house, and I've already reccommended them to others. My only problem was the day of the closing the title company didn't receive the paperwork from them until 10 minutes after we were supposed to start instead of the week before like they said they would.
