Eric Swan was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. Everything was very well organized and streamlined. It turned out my wife was in South Africa for a month for work at the same time we had to close. LSI actually air maid the closing documents to her so she could close at the embassy. We found out today the loan was excepted and funded. Eric even offered to help us streamline the loan in 4 months to get an even better rate. Could not be more happy and will use LSI for our 4-unit investment property as well.

We just finished closing on our Mortgage with Tony Bigford at LSI. What a great experience, Tony Bigford was available when most other agents had closed up shop for the day. This made refinancing much easier for two full time working professionals. From the get go I got the feeling Tony "WANTED" my business, and didn't feel like he was doing me a favor. Tony was candid, forthright, and honest throughout the process and I would not hesitate to reccomend him to others. In my opinion you can't go wrong with Tony Bigford at LSI Mortgage Services, I am glad we found him.

After filling out the form on lending tree, sok lee called me within minutes to discuss my needs. Sok Lee was very fast to respond to phone calls and emails, he kept me updated on the refi progress and was a pleasure to work with. I never had to leave my home for any of the refi process and Sok himself drove to the house to pick up some paperwork that was needed. Thanks Lee you did great
