I wanted to write and let you know that I received excellent Service from Matt Kenkel at LSI Mortgage Plus. He made my refinance a very smooth process and was able to take me from a 30yr to a 15yr refinance. I would highly recommend him, and LSI to anyone. He was able to complete the entire process in 4 weeks, and was able to overcome an obstacle for me to ensure that I received the best rate possible. I worked with two gentlemen, James La Brier and David Bauer. They were the best, James and David worked with me throughout the whole process. I was never handed off to another person. They worked hard to get me the best rate and save me $$. If you are looking to refinance ask for these two guys, you will not be disappointed. They are truly professional!

Michael Saltzman of LSI was extremely prompt in handling my Lending Tree application (called within two minutes after submitting my application!) for purchase of a new home and even recommended an absolutely stellar realtor in the area that made this process much easier for this first-time homebuyer to handle. Of course there are always bumps in the road leading up to the purchase of the chosen home, but my options were presented and the issues were handled with a careful attention to detail in favor of my interests. Simply awesome!!!

The estimates I received from Karl Higgins regarding my home refinancing were complete, clear, transparent and truthful. I did not have to "dig out" or "request" additional information in order to get a clear picture of what my loan was going to cost me (unlike other financial institutions) and I got a pretty good rate with decent closing costs. Two thumps up for Karl.

Just about everything that could go wrong with our loan did ... the closing was scheduled in St Louis, but the title rep showed up at another address in California; we couldn't close over the Memorial weekend as everyone was on vacation; the loan didn't fund for 3 days after promised; items were lost in the mail. It was totally crazy, but through it all, our LSI lender was cool, professional and smoothed everything out. He was an outstanding representative for your company!
