Awesome

I HIGHLY recommend this lender! The responsivness of my agent Bobby Nichols was amazing. Outside of having to resend a some documents more than once, it was an outstanding experience. Hard to believe the deal I got was that good...

Fast and Friendly

Mid America Mortgage was fast and friendly every step of the way through my refinance process. Every question I had was responded to within minutes via email or telephone, no matter what time of day. The only bump in the road was a typographical error. That error was addressed by three different people and again, the response was immediate. I would highly recommend Mid America Mortgage to anyone. Special thanks to Robbin Nichols, who guided me through the entire process with cheer and enthusiasm.

Thanks Mid-America Mortgage!

We did some research for a refinance and Mid America had the lowest Refinancing Costs, they were local, and they matched the lowest rate I could find with our circumstances. Bobby Nichols was great to work with. Very responsive to requests and questions. He was very helpful during the process and followed up with us regularly throughout this process. This was our best, most stress-free refinance process. I am do not give great reviews easily, but I would highly recommend Bobby and Mid America Mortgage. Their final costs actually came in under their estimate - that is rare. In addition, the turnaround time was fast from start to finish. We were impressed with the attentive, personal service we received throughout this process.

Joe McCaslin was my loan advisor. He was great! He walked me through the process step by step and was always available to answer questions. I will recommend him to my friends and family that are thinking about refinancing. I am so grateful that I had Joe McCaslin helping me through the process. It was completely stress free for me.

Our loan advisor Joe McCaslin was outstanding. We had forms sent immediately online and were contacted every step along the way. Our bank couldn't come close to the rate, closing cost, and closing time. We would highly recommend Mid America
