Williamsburg VA Refi

Patriot Financial did a great job on helping me refinance. Matt Hess is an upfront, honest businessman and he worked hard to find the best refi loan available for our home. Patriot was very responsive to my questions and was more than willing to present multiple options for comparisions. From commitment to close was only about three weeks and went very smoothly with full disclosure and no surprises at closing. I would use Patriot again and would recommend them to my friends. Jumbo Refinance

This broker worked hard to find me a refinancing mortgage that fit the many constraints I had. He was very helpful. I got a good refinancing, and it was all done quickly without any trouble or hassles for me.

Refinance

My experience with Matt and team began afer a simple inquiry on Lending Tree. I chose Patriot Financial because Matt was honest and upfront, assured me that my refinance would be as painless as possible - and it was! I was amazed at how quickly the turnaround was given today's economy. Matt provided me with extremely timely responses on any question I had, big or small. We worked as a team on getting the loan locked and done, and it was hands down the easiest refinance I've ever done. Matt was also honest and upfront regarding fees and what to expect, he provided me and my family a loan that will give us the financial confidence for years to come. I highly recommend Matt and Patriot Financial to those looking for great loan options, and those who truly appreciate customer service.

Patriot Financial

I can't say enough about Patriot Financial and specifically Matt Hess. From the very beginning talking to Matt on the phone about our different options, he was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and was also able to offer us many more options than the other lenders that we talked to from Lending Tree. Despite all the paper work and documentation that all Lenders require now, Matt and his team at Patriot Financial were always on top of everything and tried to make it as painless as possible. My questions, calls and emails were always returned asap. I will definitely use Patriot Financial again and have already referred them to friends.

Would recommend Patriot Fincial

I worked with Matt Hess to refi my existing mortgage. I had talked to several lenders before choosing Patriot Financial. I chose Matt because he was very direct and all business. I got a great rate and everything went very smoothly. He told me how much max lender fees would be from first conversation and stuck to it. I trust him and i can't say that about the other lenders i talked to. I would absolutely recommend Matt to anyone looking for a mortgage!

Like having a friend in the business

Matt was great telling us the good and the bad about the refinance process. He worked to guide us to the best day to lock in our rate to get the best rate and provided suggestions about how to structure the loan overall (rate, buydown, etc.) in our best interests. Add to this excellent communication and accessibility and it's like having a friend in the business.

Refinance

Patriot was a an excellent mortgage broker, extremely professional and matched my needs precisely. The mortgage process well outlined in written detail and the execution went according to plan. The use of extensive email, electronic application and scanned email documents facilitated a smooth and efficient process. Furthermore, the loan products offered were reviewed carefully and I got exactly the loan I wanted. The Patriot folks were courteous and communicated well. I highly recommend Patriot Financial.

painless

I hate to refi because of the paperwork and the anticipation of whether the loan you were quoted is the loan you will get. Matt Hess at Patriot FInancial made my refi actually pleasant and definitely financially worthwhile. I will be using him again in the future and will recommend Matt to friends as well.

Refinance

Matt and his team were very easy to work with in getting our home refinance to a much lower rate. They were very responsive to questions and helped me with getting al the information that the lender wanted for the refinance. Great experience and very happy with the new loan.
