Fabulous Experience!

I cannot say enough great things about our refinance with Patriot Financial! First of all Matt saved me $2,000 right off the bat by completing a CEMA that the other lenders failed to tell me about. Patriot Financial was incredibly easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, upfront, honest and always available. I was able to close quickly on my loan with an incredible rate and an extra $2,000 in my pocket. It certainly pays to work with a smaller company and have the personalized attention that produces a great outcome!

Patriot Financial did a great job for me

I used Lending Tree to find Patriot Financial and was very pleased with the results. I refinanced both my primary home as well as a rental home I own. Both loans went great. Matt at Patriot was a real professional and we were able to work quickly to close both loans with two different lenders. I fully recommend Matt and Patriot Financial, they were responsive and professional and I really got a great deal so it was a really good experience.

Patriot financical

Very knowledgable. Provided sound advice. No gimicks or hardsell tactics. Beat out multiple other brokers on price, even compared to those using same lender, or directly through lender. When some additional unanticipated costs arose, agreed bear expense. Responsive. Closed the deal efficiently. Would use again and refer others.

Patriot Financial - Awesome!

Matt Hess at Patriot Financial was terrific. He worked hard for me, was extremely responsive, and got me the best rate available with very low closing costs. Everything you could ask more. I recommend him very highly.

This is the company to use

I was a little skeptical of all the calls and e-mails I received after using lending tree, but after I started working with Matt, I realized that I would have never found this company any other way and how fortunate I was. Matt made the process simple, and there were no surprises whatsoever; not to mention he got me the best rate I found.

Patriot Financial - Excellent Job

Patriot assisted me with a refinancing of my existing mortgage. Just a superb process all the way through. They connected me with a great mortgage at a great rate - and followed through on the process from start to finish. I had a commitment for the loan and closed in about half the time of my original financing. Ask for Matt, he really did a tremendous job for me.
