Great People & Experience

Both Jason Reid and BJ Dutson were excellent to work with. Very professional and diligent. Customer service was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and provided me and my wife with excellent advice.

Jason Reid is a class act and true professional

Peoples Mortgage takes pride in what they do and it shows. They are knowledgeable about the marketplace, confident in there action, and always willing to spend the time to make sure that all my questions were answered. There was clarity across the entire process and I felt that they tried everyday to prove that they were out to be the best. I would happily recommend Peoples Mortgage, and in fact I already have.

Extremely satisfied

My loan office is Scott. He was always available for every call and explained the process and any problems encountered. If he didnt know the answer he knew who to go to to get the answer. Always nice and respectful, even after the process was completed he and the Peoples Mortgage company were still available for any questions. I highly recommend Peoples Mortgage and Scott to anyone looking for a home also from any state you are at. Thank you

Outstanding!

We recently refinanced our home with the assistance of Peoples Mortgage, Robby Murphy was the loan officer handling our refinance process. Robby Murphy did a terrific job of keeping the process simple, quick and most importantly, meeting our refinance goals. Robby Murphy was able to get the rate we had hoped to get which of course allowed us to have the monthly payment in the range we prefered. The support and professionalism of Robby Murphy and Peoples Mortgage was second to none, we highly recomend using Peoples Mortgage and Robby Murphy to anyone seeking a home loan!

VA Specialists

Jason Reid and Peoples Mortgage is top notch in customer service. Jason is very knowledgeable and friendly, especially with VA Home Loans. Even with damaged credit you will feel like you are not the bad guy as you may hear at other mortgage companies.I was very concerned that the loan could be completed, but Jason reissured me all the way through to a closing. I wouldn't believe until I saw the closing documents myself. Their focus is getting you where you need to be to get approved and to close on time so there are no more stresses!

Very patient and excellent customer service

Apart from a small snafu about the type of property being purchased and the loan rate associated with it, Peoples Mortgage was excellent - incredibly communicative, responsive and professional. This was an extremely challenging sale with lots of twists and turns, and they handled it with a great deal of patience and skill. I'd recommend them.

Great Company

If you ever need a mortgage, these guys are the best.. They got me a VA LOAN at 3.75%.. And got my escrowed closed in 2 days... Beat that!!! They're Great.... Julie Obray was my broker and she made everything so easy. They really got my stuff done and I was on a deadline. I am forever grateful to them for giving me a loan when all other lenders were making me wait 2 years from my short sale. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service, loyal and trustworthy!

Peoples Mortgage refinanced my loan with the best rate available. They went above and beyond by always making themselves available to answer my questions or concerns. Of course the questions and concerns were created by me. This is where the trust came in. They were upfront and very factual. Peoples Mortgage helped save my house. I wish they handled the first Mortgage. Feel confident with your decision to use Peoples Mortgage. I did and would again as well as send them business from my friends.

GREAT at VA Loans

Thanks to Robby Murphy, I was able to purchase a home just over a year after completing a Short Sale. I know this sounds impossible, but I am a veteran, and was able to qualify under VA guidelines. Robby knew more about VA lending guidelines than the VA themselves. During my search for a lender, I contacted the VA, who told me I would have to wait another year. Then I found Robby, who not only told me that I do qualify for a VA home lone, but he would able to get me funded for the house of my dreams. Because of Robby's proactive approach, experience, diligence and ability to communicate with not only the listing and selling agents, but with escrow, the VA and other entities, I was able to recently close on our new home at a great interest rate. My wife is an extremely hands on person who wants to know real time data. Robby was able to deal with her multiple inquires on a near daily basis, put her at ease, and fill ... to purchase a home just over a year after completing a Short Sale.
