Aaron with Primary Residential was fantastic. He responded to every email extremely fast. Communication couldn't have been better. The rate and fees were among the best, and were even lower than the GFE when we got to closing. I highly recommend!

It felt like these guys were behind the ball the whole time we interacted. Not only was there a costly miscommunication in locking the interest rate, I felt completely unsupported through out the whole process. The mortgage broker kept spouting numbers at me without offering any information I could use. I don't need to know that your "15 day is at 99.763"- I want to know what my mortgage payment will be. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY.

I went with what was the lowest rate on the 5 quotes that I got, and didn't really take the time to talk to each of them. I had very poor service with my loan. I got everything to my mortgage broker right away and it would take him a few days to a week to get back to me. I never got any feedback on where we stood, and the only calls I got were to ask for more information that should have been requested right away. I started the loan process in October and finalized my loan in January. I don't recommend them to refinance your house.

Primary Residential Mortgage and the people who run it including both, William Ganger - Manager and Cory Pazol - Loan Officer, were of the highest caliber both in helping us secure the home loan as well as helping us negotiate with the realtor/seller of said property we wanted to purchase. If anyone wishes to purchase a home and need a lender Primary Residential Mortgage is the one I would always turn to and highly reccommend whether you are a first-time homebuyer or ever need to refinance with they are it. I also have to say that they are the most helpful and friendliest people we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank You Bill and Cory for all you did!!!

After completing our Lending Tree application we received multiple offers from multiple companies. Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc (PRMI) was the ONLY company that sent me their first email advising to send them my last two W2's and last two paychecks in order to move forward. Meanwhile, I'm receiving offer sheets from other companies that give me an idea of what deal they can provide. I advised PRMI to provide me with their best offer if they wanted to earn my business. They advised they would send me an offer then never followed through. Once I told PRMI that I would not be supplying my W2's and paycheck stubs to someone I've only know through one email they pretty much refused to work with me. Being a service focused company I find it hard to believe this company PRMI is still in business. My thinking is these mortgage companies need to play ball by our rules not by requesting personal information via email without knowing if you'll be choosing them or not. PLEASE DO NOT send PRMI your W2's and paycheck stubs until they provide you with an offer. You have to be careful and you can't send this type of personal information without knowing who you are dealing with.

Primary Residential Mortgage provided me with an excellent rate and even better service. They worked with me to find the best product, (rate & fees) for my needs. The customer service team was always quick to e-mails and available by phone when I need immediate answers. Even my real estate agent was also impressed by their service and communication! This lender even went the extra mile to get the loan closed on my requested day. My builder was running a day or two late with providing paperwork to close and they pulled in the slack because they knew I was moving from out of state. I would recommend this lender to anyone.

Primary Residential, thanks to loan officer Theresa Smith, was able to qualify me for a loan when three local banks rejected me, allowing me to access the First Time Homebuyer's credit rebate and some very attractive interest rates. I was rejected locally because my ex-wife and I own a vacation townhome that has not sold yet, and all of my local banks assessed the entire montly mortgage payment against me instead of spliting it 50/50 with my ex-wife. This killed me on my monthly debt to income ratio. Thanks to Theresa, we provided the PRM underwriters with a clear history of tax returns showing our shared responsibility for the townhouse payments, and I was subsequetly approved. My realtor was leery about using an out of town lender when I began looking for a house. When it was all said and done, he was very impressed with the prompt delivery of documents and attention that Theresa and PRM gave to my loan. I am now out of the one bedroom apartment I lived in for nearly a year, my two daughters now have their own bedroom, and they have space to move around and have friends over when they are staying with me. I would recommend PRM to anyone.

The representative I worked with was great - very friendly and usually very responsive and available. We also got a good rate. However, there were a lot of careless mistakes made and 10 minutes before we closed on the house (literally) we were informed it would cost $2,000 more than the GFE we had been provided with showed. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the company.
