Had lower closing costs than the competing offers i got. Good customer service and got a very good rate. Recommend this lender.

Disappointing Experience

The initial deal proposed by Profolio looked quite competitive: a low interest rate with a moderate closing cost. Problems started when I got actual loan papers and compared them to their Good Faith Estimate. Profolio guys managed to convince me not to cancel the agreement by promising adjustments and refunds to compensate for the cost difference. Now, more then two weeks since the closing, I am still waiting for the promised refund. The bottom line is: you can’t trust a word from these guys.
