If a lender agrees to make the loan, rateGenius works with the consumer to complete the loan documents and finalized the loan. rateGenius is paid a fee by the lender for each loan that is closed. There is no charge to the consumer for rateGenius' services. rateGenius is a Texas corporation located in Austin, Texas, licensed with the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner. In addition, rateGenius is licensed, if applicable, in all states in which it does business.
