It was great if you can pay attention to details and be prompt. Easier than going to the bank, but more complicated. If you are not an organized person, go to a lender in person as final paperwork could get hard to do.

My interest rate was nearly cut in half - from 7+% to around 4%. The paperwork was very easy to deal with (They sent a pdf with the forms mostly filled out just to sign, notarize, and deliver). They connected me with a local credit union for the loan. Only negative is the local credit union never sent me my first payment slip, i had to call them and they printed and mailed me one days before it was due. It's now the second month and i automatically received the payment slip early. I don't blame rate genius for that though.

This was great! I wanted to refi my car, and rate genius not only gave me by far the best quote, they were also super responsive, followed-up promptly and were available when I called. Great! I dealt with Kristin Robson and she was very nice, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I would do business with them again anytime and highly recommend them!

I have never felt so comforted by a loan officer. James really took the time to explain the loan and was super helpful! He also reviewed other options and other offers we got from lending tree and gave me advice on the questions to ask them. I am so happy I waited for their phone call.

This company was a lil long on the side of getting back with me about my approval but, once they did, I was glad they contacted me by phone which gave me that personalized one-on-one experience I like. They offered me exactly what I was looking for which was a lower interest on a vehicle refinance that most people would say already had a low interest rate. I would definitely recommend lending through them!
