I had a very good experience with RMC. The offered me a great rate (4.75%) on a 30 yr fixed loan with no origination fees. My lender kept timely communications with me (daily) throughout the process which allowed me to close on time (within 3 weeks) of my offer being accepted.

This is the second home that I have purchased and I must say that it was a smooth process. What made it so smooth was the care that was shown by my loan officer. She was readily available when I had questions or problems and her responsiveness throughout the process was superb. From beginning to end the loan process, which is normally a nightmare, was a pleasant one. I would highly recommend RMC Vanguard as a mortgage company.

I felt comfortable with the RMC representative from the very first telephone conversation. Indeed, in the course of the whole loan process every phone conversation was promptly followed up by supporting documents . The nices compliment I ever heard during a real estate transaction was when the Tittle Company lady told us that this was the easiest to work with finance Company she had ever dealt with in her 15 year career !

This was my first time buying a home and I had a lot of basic questions and cold feet – and Cesar was very upfront, true and honest making the process go as smoothly as possible. Douglas and Tonya from RMC vanguard are superstars! I recently was in a nightmare and had the potential of losing 20k in earnest money, all because some local run and gun loan officer that he was hot stuff and could close anyone. Well, he stung me along for 3 weeks, right before my loan contingency had to be removed to tell me he could not do it. That's when Douglas aka the wolverine of loans, came in and saved the day. Douglas will not only help you out through the complete process but he will put you at ease. I highly recommend Douglas and company for any loan.
