Had a good experience with Mark Balenger of Royal United, he was very helpful in explaining the loan process in language I could understand. Also advocated for me between appraisal service and title company to get prompt results. Smooth process and good customer service.

Over the past month, I've had the privilege of working with Matt Matheny from Royal United to complete a mortgage refinance / debt consolidation loan. From day one through closing, Matt displayed exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and assistance. He maintained close communication at each phase of the process and took the time to both explain and educate me when necessary. I never felt pressured or encouraged to make a decision against my best interest. Patrick C. has got to be the best loan advisor ever!! He made the whole refinance process painless! He answered every question I had even as ridiculous as they might have been and helped me and my children find exactly what we needed financially to get back on our feet. I was shocked as to how fast and easy he made the process! I would recommend Royal United and especially Patrick Christoffel to everyone I know! I'm actually gonna miss him!

Patrick at Royal United Mortgage did everything under the sun to help us get our house refinanced. After another bank had promised us the refinance then took the appraisal fee and had the appraisal messed up and wouldn't fix it, Patrick helped us get the money back from the other bank. The other bank then tryed to keep us from refinancing by doing other things that were immoral (it was a nightmare) but Patrick was determined to get it done! Thanks Patrick! :)

Fast, honest, curteous....I could go on with many other positive words. I didn't end up refinancing my mortgage. Why???? When they ran they ran the numbers based upon my current payoff plan, Eva Mack with Royal United Mortgage was honest enough to let me know that it would be better not to refinance. Most lenders will do anything to make the sale, so having a lender that really spent the time to analyze my current situation compared to the mortgage options available and give me an honest answer was very unexpected. After running the numbers myself, I had already come to the same conclusion, but getting the same message from Eva, really impressed me. I had other lenders still hounding me for days after I called them even though they too knew that I might only save a few hundred dollars over the life of the mortgage if I refinanced. If I ever decide to buy another property, I will definitely be giving Eva Mack a call.
