Re-Finance with cash out

The response to my inquire was fast and on Sunday. Nick Steiner from Royal United Mortgage call and his professionalism is the best. He gave us an outline and timeline for the re-finance and it was dead on. Everything he said would happen did at the time he sais it would. I would strongly recommend Nick and Royal United Mortgage to anyone and in fact have already done so.

Mark Balenger Did a Wonderful Job

Mark is very skillful in his profession and provided me with super abundant information throughout my loan process. He took care of every details pretty well and left no surprises or fuzzy guess works to any extent. My whole loan process was smooth and super fast. I'd like to refer all my friends with load related needs to Mark, and I believe my friends will love me for this.

Remarkable, Outstanding

Alina Sichuga provided outstanding help. There were no slips. There was no gap. I am so distracted and busy I really needed this kind of help. It was a relief to have service that was not pushy. LOOKING FOR A NEW MORTGAGE WITH LOW RATES!

Very Rude!

I applied on line for a loan and within minutes I received a call from Royal United Mortgage. A very nice lady phoned me. I gave her info to check a loan out for me. When I hung up the phone it rang again almost right away. It was a second person from Royal United Mortgage. He was abrasive to me from the start. He was angry that the other lady had beat him to me, and was furious when I would not give up any info about what I spoken to the other lady from Royal United Mortgage about. I asked for his last name over, and over again and he would not give it to me, only his first name. We got into a shouting match, me asking his last name last name when he never gave it to me. At one time while I was trying to get his last name he litterally screamed over me to shut up talking over him, when all I kept repeating was, "What is your last name." Finally I hung up on him. Then he sent me two emails after I'd told him to never contact me again, and he just did it anyway. I have never met a place that offers you a service of business be so rude to me. I phone the first lady back and told her I wanted to have nothing to do with their bank if they had people working for them that acted the way this gentleman acted. I just could not believe my ears how rude he was. He probably cost them a mortgage. Had he let the first lady take care of me I would have probably had a mortgage with them right now.

Royal United, Great Job

I can only tell you that the professionalism and caring attitude of this team was impressive. At no time did I ever feel that my best interests were not addressed or thought of. At each step of the process, they were very informative and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to refinance or obtain a first mortgage.

Excellent

I was very impressed with the initial phone call we had. Patrick Brown knew answers to my questions and didn't push things. I was sent paperwork and read over it - several times - before deciding to go with Royal United. I was very nervous about this and researched the company online and also researched employees in the company. When I decided to use Royal United I was to send personal papers to them..I was very nervous about that too but after the research and referrals I read I knew it was ok. The process was quick and easy. I didn't have to do much at all - and it took about 2 weeks after I decided to go with them.

Paul S at Royal United

Paul was always timely with responses to any and all of our questions. He stayed on top of our refinance loan and kept away any delays. His service was excellent and his explanations of the need for documents were clear and precise. I would recommend Paul to anyone wanting to refinance a loan. Very pleasant and reasonable person.

Exceeds Expectations

During the past month I had the pleasure of working closely with Patrick Brown at Royal United. We were drowning in debt, and seeking a Home Equity Loan. From first contact with Patrick , he made me feel comfortable discussing all our personal issues. Patrick was extremely patient and took time to always thoroughly answer all my questions on a level I could understand without making me feel illiterate about financial and legal terms associated with mortgage loan process. Patrick maintained close communication reassuring me through each phase. He was positive and energetic from the application process to underwriting of our loan. His positive, energetic work ethic was contagious! Patrick is extremely knowledgeable of all legal issues required the State of Texas. Patrick is dedicated to his job to the point of making his clients goals his own. His ability to add a personal element to the entire process and make it virtually "painless" was amazing! We were so impressed with Patrick, after sharing our experience, my father is now working with Patrick to become debt free as well. If we ever need financial assistance in the future, Patrick Brown at Royal United Mortgage is the only one we will consult. I never considered a loan process to be a pleasant experience, however, Patrick's attitude, dedication and work ethic proved that it is possible! When our loan was in final stages, we were contacted by Samuel Floyd, processing manager who efficiently and professionally took care of our needs and goals! Great people, excellent company to do business with! We will highly recommend this lender to anyone needing assistance! Five Star company AND employees!

Quick and Timely

Patrick at Royal United Mortgage was awesome. He cut through the red tape and may the loan process as painless as possible. He explained each piece of paper and why it was needed. He also kept the process flowing at a quick speed. I will recommend Patrick and Royal United to my family, friends, and colleagues.
