We started our home refinance on August 19th with Kevin Fox. Kevin was very helpful and did everything he said he would do. The whole process was very smooth and straighforward and Kevin kept us updated on a regular basis. He even offered to help repair our deck that needed to be fixed before we could close! We closed on September 17th with the same interest rate and fees that Kevin had given to us in the original GFE. Overall, a very good experience and The Home Loan Consulting Group and Kevin Fox are highly recommended.

I started my loan process with Home Loan Consulting Group on 08/20/10 from Louisville. I decided to choose Home Loan Consulting because they offered me the lowest rate and the lowest closing cost compared to the other few brokers and lenders. The broker, Kevin Fox is one of the most hardworking brokers one can ever get. Whenever I have a question, he would email or call me to ensure my question is answered. My loan process completed successfuly on 09/13/10. He promised to give me the closing cost he quoted me when I went with his company, and he delivered the interest rate and closing cost as he promised! Kevin is a hardworking, friendly, and honest broker in the mortgage industry. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
