Anthony was great. He responded right away and gave me so great information. The only reason we didn't go with them was that I felt the person from Champion was a bit more my speed. Anthony was just very fast paced for me. I liked everything else about them. We did get a better rate, but Anthony said he could match it, so that wasn't a reason against them.

I did not and now Topdot has something going on internally, they are not accepting any applications - shouldn't even be here on this site. They have multiple complaints and my experience shows they have the same issues since 2008. Thought they got rid of these companies? Heck no they are still out there. So do some googling before you select one of these companies. It will be worth it. Now I have to start all over again...sigh

Refinancing can be a trying experience, almost as intense as the original loan. Without the right lender it can even be nightmarish (as I was experiencing). After logging onto Lending Tree, I was immediately contacted by TOPDOT Mortgage and began the process. Refinancing went very smoothly and was very quick. I was stricken wit an illness and was hospitalized and TOPDOT actually arranged to have me closed in the hospital so that I wouldn't let my good rate expire. The process went well but I didn't like the fees and rates. They might be normal but I have nothing to compare to.
