Great Customer Service

Meghan made our refinance as easy and uncomplicated. Her response to us was wonderful. The entire process was a great experience. I highly recommend United Midwest Savings Bank.

United Midwest Mortgage

I had the good fortune of working with Gabe Allen on my loan request and I couldn't be happier. Gabe exhibited a thoroughness/attention to detail and timely response to every question I had and he also acted proactively in following up with me to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly which basically made my experience a very pleasant one. Gabe even worked to coordinate a remote closing in Texas (primary residence in PA) that allowed me to close the loan at my convenience. I would not hesitate to recommend United Midwest Savings Bank (or lendingtree) to friends and family.

Great service

Although i chose another lender, (one that I currently have a loan with) their service was top notch. Ryan Kline was most helpful and gave useful advice. He understood that I wanted to hear from my current lender and was not pushy and gave me the space I needed to make my choice.

Fix house

Ryan was A proffesional from the start. He went over some different options with us. He talk to us so we could understand everything going on.We got are loan in a very short time, which we needed. That help us out so much. He made the job of refinacing A lot easier. He called to make sure we got the money wired, and we did. We called him after hours , and if he did not pick up call he would call us back with in a few min.he was like a friend which you need for things like this.He even asked if we could send him begore and after pics.We are doing the hole house,windows, addition, and insulated siding. Ryan took off some of the pressure.. So I think there should be more peopl to help you like that instead of just worring about there commission. Thanks again for Ryan from USMB. Fantastic Experience!!!

I guess if you have owned a home for 30 years or so, you have been through the mortgage process a number of times - it was not an experience I looked forward to initiating, but, rates being what they are, I gave it a shot. I had seen Lending Tree commercials, thought what the heck - within 5 minutes I was contacted by 3 lenders. Ryan Clement of United Midwest Savings Bank stood out in my mind because he didn’t just blurt out a quote; he asked what I was trying to do. He said he would call back in 30 minutes with recommendations, and sure enough, 30 minutes Ryan called back with well thought out recommendations. After talking to several others who called, I quickly decided to go with Ryan - and I so glad I did - it was the most painless, efficient experience I have had with a loan officer. He knew what I needed, he was always available and promised an aggressive timeline - we ended up closing in less than two weeks, but it would have been under 10 days if not for the slow processing of the appraisal (which he scheduled and executed the day after I initiated the loan application and completely out of his control). He met every deadline and never promised anything he couldn’t deliver. Bottom line, best experience I have ever had, will recommend Ryan to family and friends, and they are definitely rated 5 stars in all categories!!!!

Mortgage Home Loan

With Mike Courtright being our loan officer... I must say that this whole loan experience was like no other. I have never had such a smooth and wonderful experience applying and getting approved for a loan. There were no pressuring phone calls, emails, etc. When I was ready to proceed with the next step it was at my convenience. Not theirs. It takes such a weight off of your shoulders to know that you will be walked through a loan process with someone like Mike right by your side to answer any questions that you may have along the way. Its just a great feeling to know that someone is on your side explaining everything to you instead of having someone pressuring you into a loan and not even explaining anything about it. "Just sign here" is usually the famous line that you hear with all loans but it was not like that with Mike. Everything was thoroughly explained and then we signed. Thanks again for everything Mike!
