Disgusting

I used their services in late 2010 (Anthony Mosley was the broker). I found the experience of working with Anthony extremely disappointing and his behaviour unprofessional. I asked to lock down the interest rate several times, which they did not, and I ended up with the interest rate, which was not very attractive at all. Very disappointing. Be careful when dealing with them.

What a great experience

What a great experience the broker (Sean Flemming) and the processor Kristin Flynn were very personable and professional. They were always very helpful, patient, and had a quick response time to any of our questions and concerns. We purchased a short sale that we found out we had to close 30 days earlier then expected and they were able to accomplish this with working diligently with our realtor the listing realtor and us.... I would highly recommend Van Dyk Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase a home... They made a very nerve racking experience rather pleasant.

Great Service

I had the privilege of working with Sean to help me with my loan. He was efficient, professional, courteous, and respectful. VanDyk Mortgage made the impossible happen.

Antyhony at VanDyk makes it happen - plain and simple. He listened to our challenging needs and was able to get us into a great low-rate and close within 30 days once we lined a buyer up for our current home. He and Tonya make a great team and made sure our application presented the right story so we did not hit any snags with the rigors of underwriting post-housing meltdown.

Great service

We finally closed on our house after a lot of back and forth with the bank, Charlee at VanDyke Mortgage was very helpful and responsive to all of our issues throughout the process. I would definitely recommend VanDyke Mortgage again.

Good experience

We had a tight time frame to close since we had to be out of our old house, and Anthony & Tonya got it all done in time so we had days to spare between move and turning our old keys over. We had some excitment in the end but Van Dyk handled our concerns quickly and professionally. We would recommend and use again.
