Very professional

VeryNiceHomes did a great job of searching for the best deal for us. My primary concern was not overpaying for fees. They were also very quick about returning messages and emails and providing the information that we had requested. I was pleased with the experience and will definitely utilize their services in the future. I also liked the fact that we were able to meet with the mortgage broker face to face while still being able to conduct most of the business while I was on the road. I think that kind of service is still important while we were also able to utilize the technology that is available to expedite and transaction.

Great Job

Very Nice Homes did, by far, get me the best deal out of all the quotes I received. I didn’t pay any closing cost, as a matter of fact, 1000 dollars was paid toward my principle and 500 toward my escrow making the decision easy to go with Very Nice Homes. Santosh walk me through all the paperwork until I completely understood what I was looking at. Also, when I had to deploy overseas while in the refinancing process and had my mother take over with my wife, he would patiently go through all of the paperwork to ensure everyone completely understood and he answered all of their questions thoroughly and promptly.

Best,fastest and most professional treatment ever.We were kept informed thru the entire process and it seemed like we were just starting and we were closing already. I would highly recommend Santosh from Very Nice Homes to do anyones finiance or re-fi he did us great.
