The Iowa Finance Authority is a government agency which assists homebuyers throughout the state. Their goal is to help Iowans to achieve the American dream of homeownership through lending partners with programs like:
• The First Home Program –offers qualified first-time home low IA mortgage rates with no origination fees or discount points
