Doug Lebda is the chairman and chief executive officer of Tree.com, Inc., (NASDAQ: TREE), which is the parent company of LendingTree, LLC, LendingTree Loans sm, HomeLoanCenter.com, GetSmart®, RealEstate.com, Domania and iNest. Mr. Lebda, the founder of LendingTree, led the start-up company through a successful IPO, five acquisitions, and expansion into the consumer real estate category, and he grew the business to more than $300 million in revenue. Mr. Lebda served as the president and chief operating officer of IAC from 2005 – 2007 before returning to LendingTree. At IAC Mr. Lebda oversaw more than 60 brands and 20,000 employees. Once back at LendingTree, Mr. Lebda led the company through a spin-off from IAC forming Tree.com, Inc.

Bob Harris is the president of the LendingTree Exchange network of more than 200 lenders. Mr. Harris joined LendingTree in 2000 and most recently was the company’s chief marketing officer and oversaw the national roll-out of the LendingTree brand “When Banks Compete, You Win!®” advertising campaign. During his time as CMO, LendingTree achieved 84% national brand awareness, and loan request volume grew from 1.8 million annual requests in 2000 to 5.2 million in 2006. He joined LendingTree from The Coca-Cola Company, where he was the managing director, consumer marketing, responsible for leading consumer strategy development, channel marketing, and strategic alliance initiatives for retail operations within the United States.

David Norris is the president of LendingTree Loans and Home Loan Center, Inc. and is responsible for day-to-day operations and strategy for the company’s direct lending division. Mr. Norris is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has spent most of his career in operational roles dedicated to improving cycle times, process efficiency, customer satisfaction and increased margins. Prior to joining LendingTree, Mr. Norris was the vice president of technical service and solutions for Toshiba’s digital product division, where he was responsible for delivering best-in-class, customer focused solutions as featured in Mobile Magazine, PC Magazine, and the recent best-selling book, The World is Flat.

Darren Beck is the senior vice president of marketing at Tree.com, Inc. He leads a team of experts spanning a variety of online and offline marketing channels. Together, they power each of the company’s brands including LendingTree, GetSmart, RealEstate.com, and other up-and-coming businesses developed by the Emerging Businesses group. Mr. Beck has worked in marketing roles across a variety of industries for companies like Wal-Mart Stores Inc., catalog marketer Jackson & Perkins, management training firm Franklin Covey, Capital One Financial, and most recently, LendingTree.

Scott Cammarn is the senior vice president and general counsel of Tree.com, Inc. where he is responsible for all legal matters relating to the company’s multiple brands and businesses, which include LendingTree, LLC, LendingTree Loans sm, HomeLoanCenter.com, GetSmart®, RealEstate.com, Domania and iNest. Mr. Cammarn’s 20-year legal career has spanned all areas of mortgage services compliance and consumer finance law. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cammarn spent 11 years working with Bank of America in various legal capacities. Most recently he was associate general counsel, global marketing and global corporate affairs.

Dean Conant is responsible for establishing and executing Tree.com, Inc.’s enterprise technology operations directing overall strategy and management of the company’s network and information systems across all brands and businesses, which include LendingTree, LLC, LendingTree Loans sm, HomeLoanCenter.com, GetSmart®, RealEstate.com, Domania and iNest. He started with LendingTree when it acquired HomeSpace, Inc., where he was the director of quality assurance. Prior to LendingTree and HomeSpace, Mr. Conant had been in various information technology roles at Countrywide Home Loans and XXCAL, and brings more than 16 years of expertise in a number of areas including: systems management, quality assurance, and project management.

As the senior vice president of human resources, Ms. Hampton is responsible for human resources strategy and management across the various brands and businesses within Tree.com, Inc., including LendingTree, LLC, LendingTree Loans sm, HomeLoanCenter.com, GetSmart®, RealEstate.com, Domania and iNest. Her team oversees compensation, health and wellness, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and payroll. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hampton was senior vice president, human resources at Baker & Taylor, Inc., headquartered in Charlotte. With more than 20 years of experience in human relations, Ms. Hampton has also worked at companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and Westinghouse Electric.

Keith Moore is the senior vice president and general manager of the Emerging Businesses group at Tree.com, Inc. He leads the company’s innovation engine that is responsible for researching and developing new areas where Tree.com can provide consumers choice when shopping financial services. Most recently, Mr. Moore was the vice president and general manager of the company’s GetSmart® short-form business. Keith brings an impressive track record to the company, having built a career in Internet marketing and customer acquisition. Prior to GetSmart, Keith was the senior vice president of marketing for LoanWeb where he was responsible for leading and directing the company’s strategic marketing and advertising initiatives, as well as the company’s lead aggregation efforts.

As senior vice president and chief financial officer, Mr. Packey provides executive leadership to the finance division of Tree.com Inc’s brands and businesses including LendingTree, LLC, LendingTree Loans sm, HomeLoanCenter.com, GetSmart®, RealEstate.com, Domania and iNest. He is responsible for management of the entire organizations’ finance, accounting, tax and facilities teams. During his eight-year tenure with the company, Mr. Packey also served as the chief accounting officer, as well as the controller of LendingTree, where in addition to being responsible for the accounting division, he was directly involved with the financial due diligence of nearly a dozen capital raising efforts and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Packey served as vice president and controller at Broadway & Seymour, Inc., and as a manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he specialized in SEC reporting and performing audits for many clients in a number of industries.
