We find that the following application allows us to determine which prospective new Lenders best meet the lending needs of our clients. Please note that all Lender partnerships are developed over time and this application serves ONLY as the first step in developing that partnership.

Thank you for your interest in the LendingTree Lender Marketplace. We are a unique company that will connect filtered consumers with you for mortgage loans, home equity loans and home equity lines of credit.

Founded in 1998, LendingTree is an online exchange that connects consumers with Lenders and REALTORS ®. LendingTree has facilitated nearly $87.7 billion in closed loan and real estate transactions since its inception, receiving more than 20 million requests from consumers looking for a financing solution. LendingTree currently receives in excess of 125,000 completed qualification forms per month.

Please complete the following company information which helps us to determine prospective lenders that best meet the lending needs of our customers. This process also allows you to identify the type of customers you want to receive from LendingTree. Our objective is to benefit both borrowers and lenders with the right match. Please note that the following application is not an agreement to conduct business.

LendingTree Lender costs include the following:

  • Transmit fee for each lead
  • Closed loan fee

The set-up includes but is not limited to:

  1. License and continuing right of the lender to participate as a lender on the Site.
  2. Advertising, marketing and promotion by LendingTree of the Site and the lender’s participation on the Site.
  3. Incorporation of lender logo/identifier and lender description on the Site.
  4. Manuals, including but not limited to LendingTree Implementation Guide and LendingTree Training Manual.

In order to be considered as a lender for the LendingTree Network, you must complete the following LendingTree Network Application. Please complete the Network application in its entirety. Once the application has been reviewed, we will contact you via email and/or phone to go over approval or decline and next steps. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for processing.
