Doug Lebda is the chairman and chief executive officer of the IAC Financial Services and Real Estate division, which includes LendingTree, LLC, HomeLoanCenter.com, GetSmart, LendingTree Settlement Services, LLC, RealEstate.com, Domania and iNest. Mr. Lebda, the founder of LendingTree, led the start-up company through a successful IPO, five acquisitions, and expansion into the consumer real estate category, and he grew the business to more than $300 million in revenue.

Mr. Lebda served as the president and chief operating officer of IAC from 2005 – 2007 before returning to LendingTree as the company’s chairman and chief executive officer. At IAC Mr. Lebda oversaw more than 60 brands and 20,000 employees. Prior to LendingTree, he worked as an auditor and consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Lebda serves on the board of directors of Eastman Kodak Company, RecycleBank and the Darden School Foundation board of trustees at the University of Virginia. He received his BA in business administration from Bucknell University.

Bob Harris is the vice chairman of the IAC Financial Services and Real Estate division, which includes LendingTree, LLC, HomeLoanCenter.com, GetSmart, LendingTree Settlement Services, LLC, RealEstate.com, Domania and iNest.

Mr. Harris joined LendingTree in 2000 and most recently served as the company’s president and chief operating officer. Prior to this, he was chief marketing officer for the company and oversaw the national roll-out of the LendingTree brand and “When Banks Compete, You Win” advertising campaign. During his time as CMO, LendingTree achieved 84% national brand awareness, and loan request volume grew from 1.8 million annual requests in 2000 to 5.2 million in 2006.

He joined LendingTree from The Coca-Cola Company, where he was the managing director, consumer marketing, responsible for leading consumer strategy development, channel marketing, and strategic alliance initiatives for retail operations within the United States. Prior to working at The Coca-Cola Company, Mr. Harris spent 11 years at McCormick & Company, where he was responsible for leading brand marketing, new products and sales initiatives within the U.S. Consumer Products Group.

Mr. Harris received his bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

C.D. Davies is the president of LendingTree, LLC, the unit of IAC/InterActiveCorp that operates LendingTree.com, LendingTree Loans, HomeLoanCenter.com, GetSmart.com and LendingTree Settlement Services, LLC.

He brings a proven track record in building new business lines to his leadership role at LendingTree, with nearly two decades of experience in the financial services and mortgage banking industries. Most recently Mr. Davies was with Wachovia Mortgage Corporation, where he spent 18 years in a series of increasingly significant roles such as its president and chief executive officer. As CEO he was responsible for the company’s growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational excellence, overseeing 3,500 employees and three distinct business channels. During his three years at the helm, the company’s market share grew dramatically and its industry ranking jumped from 24th to 10th largest mortgage provider in the country. He began his career as a certified public accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Davies is a Cum Laude graduate from Clemson University, where he earned his degree in financial management. He also graduated with distinction from the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University.

Scott Cammarn is the senior vice president and general counsel of LendingTree, LLC, where he is responsible for all legal matters relating to the company’s multiple brands and businesses, which include LendingTree.com, LendingTree Loans, LendingTree Settlement Services, LLC, HomeLoanCenter.com and GetSmart.com.

Cammarn’s 20-year legal career has spanned all areas of mortgage services compliance and consumer finance law. During his years as both an associate and partner in private practice, he represented a number of nationally-recognized consumer lending institutions.

Prior to joining LendingTree, Cammarn spent 11 years working with Bank of America in various legal capacities. Most recently he was associate general counsel, global marketing and global corporate affairs.

Cammarn graduated early from The Ohio State University, with high honors, with a degree in business finance. He earned his JD, also with high honors, from Duke University School of Law.

Marianne DeAngelis brings more than two decades of vendor management and issue resolution experience in areas such as collateral assessment and title insurance to her position as chief operating officer of LendingTree Settlement Services (LTSS).

Ms. DeAngelis joined LendingTree in 2004, and today she is responsible for managing several thousand title and appraisal vendors in every state of the union. She leads a team of more than 100 employees who service more than 50 mortgage lenders across all 50 states.

Prior to LTSS, Ms. DeAngelis established and ran affiliated business development for such nationally-recognized financial services organizations as Mellon Bank, Cendant Mortgage and Wells Fargo. In 1998, she pioneered the first joint venture between a national bank and a vendor management company by forming Apex Real Estate Information Services, which was later purchased and is currently run by Cendant.

As the senior vice president of human resources, Claudette Hampton is responsible for human resources strategy and management across the various businesses and brands within LendingTree, LLC. Her team oversees compensation, health and wellness, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and payroll.

Prior to joining LendingTree, Ms. Hampton was senior vice president, human resources at Baker & Taylor, Inc., headquartered in Charlotte, NC. With more than 20 years of experience in human relations, Ms. Hampton has also worked at companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and Westinghouse Electric.

Ms. Hampton received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Winthrop College, and her Masters of Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.

As senior vice president and chief financial officer, Matt provides executive leadership to the finance division of LendingTree, LLC including management of the entire organizations' finance, accounting, tax and facilities teams.

During his eight-year tenure, Matt also served as the chief accounting officer, as well as the controller of LendingTree, where in addition to being responsible for the accounting division, he was directly involved with the financial due diligence of nearly a dozen capital raising efforts and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the company, Matt served as vice president and controller at Broadway & Seymour, Inc. and as a manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he specialized in SEC reporting and performing audits for many clients in a number of industries.

Matt is a cum laude and honors program graduate of the University of Akron, where he earned his bachelor’s of science degree in accounting. He is a certified public accountant, a member of the AICPA and a board of advisor member of the Charlotte Chamber.
