In the event that you do not receive any loan offers (either because you were not matched with lenders or the lenders did not approve your request), LendingTree will continue to try and serve you by submitting your loan request through our Auto Second Chance Program, which is administered through our partner, RoadLoans. By submitting your loan request, you authorize LendingTree to share your loan request with RoadLoans if you qualify.

You further authorize RoadLoans to share information in your loan request, and any other credit information they obtain, with third parties who may be able to offer or arrange for a direct loan and/or dealer financing. If your request is submitted to RoadLoans, you authorize both them and any third party they identify to try and assist you and contact you directly, by phone and/or e-mail.

RoadLoans is also a lender on the LendingTree Network, but is not affiliated with LendingTree. LendingTree is not responsible for the services provided by RoadLoans or the dealers to whom you are referred.
