    "I cant remember the last time I had "great" customer service before working with RefiJet. Shane Ceriale answered all of my questions (no matter how small or silly they seemed to me). He was efficient and patient, even though I had some challenges getting financed. Shane said he was going to make it happen, and he did! You are the best!!!"

    "My experience with Springboardauto.com so far has been excellent. Their finance advisors (especially Candice) are sharp and a pleasure to work with. They helped me get through a very rough ordeal with the dealership that I was purchasing my car through. I hope the rest of loan period is such a pleasure if so I will definitely finance with them again."

    "Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I had an excellent experience with Lightstream. At 7pm I started the loan process and was getting a request for documentation (a pay stub, that was it) within 20 minutes. By 9am the next morning I received a call that they were working on it, answered a couple of questions and had an approval within an hour. I have e xcellent credit, but not perfect, and I was offered the lowest advertised rate...which was significantly lower than anything else I saw.Thanks for taking the time to post a review.     "BlueHarbor was the perfect choice for me. David Oftedahl was my direct contact. At each step in the process, David listened attentively. He was polite and respectful. We completed the paperwork in record time and my loan was funded within days of my first request. I was contacted by other lenders, but chose to ignore their bombardment of emails, rude texts and voi ce messages. Don't waste your time with those other guys.     "My finance advisor was Jeff. He was extremely easy to work with and the process was quite painless. I am so thankful to them for getting me out of that super expensive car loan, and saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. Everything is handled primarily through email, although if you do call, they answer any questions you have. I will definitely use them for any finance or refinance options I have in the future!!     "I had pre-qualified for a boat loan through Calder McNab and the deal fell through due to price negotiations. Six months later, they accepted another offer I made and Calder had kept my survey report & info to re-run to qualify again.     "I'm a bit leary of doing financial business online, but I had used Lending Tree for a mortgage once so I thought I'd try again for an auto loan because I wasn't happy with the first offer from the car dealer. I entered my info, and immediately received 2 offers. I looked both up online and decided to give the unrated Georgia's Own Credit Union a chance. Good choice! I was contacted by Mr. McNair and after a few emails and a phone call, I had my pre-approval letter to take to the dealer. He was patient with my many questions as I was way out of my comfort zone. In the end, the dealer came through with a lower offer, so I didn't complete the loan here, but I certainly can't fault anything about the process or my work with Mr. McNair I would definitely recommend doing business with this Credit Union"...
