Craig works at Bank of England Mortgage in Daphne, AL, as a loan officer. My wife and I used Craig for our home loan as it was buy far the best possibly experience that my family have ever encountered. Craig is amazing, always prepared, wonderful listener, and was down right magical in getting the loan closed in such short time. I would recommend Craig to anyone.

I had a great experience with ENG lending out of Chagrin Falls, Ohio. We close on our House May 13th. When I started this process, I had some personal issues. They were very patient and worked with my schedule and helped us get the house that we wanted. Very easy Process! Thanks to ENG and the Chagrin Falls team!!

Working with this bank wasn't too complicated. Didn't have to jump thru too many hoops too get our loan. Didn't close on time we originally planned, so we were at their mercy on that matter. My credit was exactly great, but we got a decent rate.

This bank if focused on closing on time with little or no effort, they have the ability to make you feel comfortable during the whole process. I really enjoyed working with this lender. Thank you Five stars.

    Terrible!!

I would never refer this company to my worst enemy! We got 'pre-approval' in August/2015. We were set to close on 10/16/15, but they pushed the closing date back to 10/23/15. October 23, 2015 has came and will be gone in 15 minutes and we did not close today either!! The lending officer and loan processor failed at their job. I sent over every single piece of documentation they have want and it was sent within hours of requesting. I was diligent and on time. The loan had gone to underwriting numerous times and they always needed something else, but that something else was something that had already been sent. These people do a poor job at doing their 'job' and to top it off, bit the lending office and the loan processor both went on vacation within a week of each other. We have yet to get an update, should have closed today and didn't, because of THEIR MISTAKES. Yet, they're off enjoying their vacation, while we sit and wonder if we'll have to cancel ours next week in order to close. This comp y is not diligent at all. For documents that were sent over inThirsday should have been reviewed when sent, if an error was found, it shouldn't have taken until that following Tauesday to figure it out! I'm one very losses off customer that will NEVER refer anyone to ENG Lending!... Read More

    Great experience!

Upon being denied by a mortgage company in July 2015, my wife and I gave up hope to even think about refinancing this year...Few weeks later in August, we were proven wrong for thinking that we could not refinance our home ..A loan consultant from ENG lending called and spoke with me regarding how he could help make something good happen for my wife and I...I was a little hesitant but still went ahead to give it a shot; with less hope..Ryan Sietsema astonishingly made something great happen about 45 days later...My wife and I finally refinanced our mortgage with ENG lending...Quite frankly, the experience was a 180 degree turn-around from the experience we had with the previous mortgage company . Ryan Sietsema and his team were on top of everything; in making sure I had seen his requests for information, Ryan would call me to ask if I got his email...Ryan gave me updates via email and phone calls everyday or two on the status of the process. The overall process took about 45 days from the time I initiated contact with Ryan. I would definitely recommend Ryan Sietsema/ENG Lending to anyone who's looking forward to refinancing or getting a mortgage, especially a Veteran...... Read More

Ryan Sietsema was there for me thru the whole process. This guy made sure I understood everything that was going on. Ryan Sietsema is a rock star at his job. He went way above and beyond to help me with this process. He will fight tooth and nail for you and be on your side. After my house closed he kept in touch with me and made sure that I was happy with the help and advice he had given me. I have done nothing but praise about him to friends and family members. If you need a loan for anything this is the guy to go thru. As a disabled veteran he made sure that I got a fair deal. I recommend him to all my military veterans and military personnel to him. I could go on and on about this awesome guy. But you be the judge of that and use him. I promise you will not regret it!!!!... Read More

    Worst experience ever!

My husband and I decided to purchase our first home this year shortly after getting married. We found this lending company and decided it was worth a shot. At first our loan officer was very hands on and seemed to really be on top of things. We got pre-approved with this company for a FHA loan 3 weeks before we found our home and signed the contract. The day we signed the contract, our problems begun. We were asked for a ridiculous amount of paper work, most of which had nothing to do with the loan process, never the less we went ahead and got the paper work and sent it to our loan officer David. Multiple times, David asked for the same paperwork that we had sent numerous of times. After that it was time to order the appraisal, which they had us pay almost $600.00 up front for, come to find out it was suppose to be taken out of the closing cost that our seller agreed to pay. After the appraisal was done it took our officer 4 weeks to tell us that he had not got the report (2 days before our expected closing date), not only did he fail to tell us we would not be closing on time, he also decided to wait until the original date we were suppose to close to tell us one of our credit cards needed to be paid off before we closed. At this point I was ready to walk away, especially since they were well aware of all our debt and had not mentioned the card in the 6 weeks that he had been working with us. Now we are currently 4 weeks and one day past our closing date and we still have not closed. I've messaged David (our loan officer) and Lisa (our loan processor) multiple times last week and I just got a response from them. Needless to say, we are beyond frustrated and would never recommend this company. We have had more issues that are not listed, that should have never occurred... Read More
