    I was really apprehensive about purchasing a car I had never looked at face to face. It took me about a month to decided if this was right for me. I called so many times with so many questions. There was a small computer glitch with the down payment and they fixed it. Once I got the car, I noticed that the antenna was missing and a few other items. I took it to a Kia dealership and the cashier said that Silver Rock Auto was by far the most friendly and efficient warranty company that she had ever worked with. I am 3 yrs out of a bankruptcy and was denied so many times. Carvana was easy to work with and I would definitely work with them again. I have referred them to many people already... Read More

    Quickly turned into the worst experience ever

    Picking out the car and the buying process was great... Than the car was delivered to the house.. The car had damage from transport that was not in the pics including deep grooves in the roof and missing paint.. The driver dropping it off took some pics and told me that 100% this would be taken care of and do not worry and get an estimate from the body shop near me.. A day or so went by and I got an email from repairs team and was asked to send over pics.. I did this and was told that the chips on the front of the car (Larger than the one that was pointed out on the back bumper on their website) although not in the pics are normal and will not be covered and offered me $500 to repair the damage on the roof or they would take the car back.. The car is currently awaiting repairs from a body shop in the sum of $1700.. They would not work with me on the damages at all.. Only offered to take the car back within the 7 days. Unfortunately, this was the car that we wanted and they did not have another one the same. Honestly, this went from the coolest buying experience to the worst and while I was excited to tell my friends how easy it was. I am glad that they waited for me to finish the entire process so they could hear the whole story.. Surprised that it ended this way.. Would have been a great way to buy my cars in the future... Our team is happy to hear that you initially liked the vehicle, but are deeply disappointed to hear that there were a couple unexpected issues that were noticed at time of delivery. Each vehicle goes through a vigorous 150-point inspection, as well as a pre-delivery inspection, to ensure all factions of the vehicle are meeting our strict mechanical and safety standards. It is clear that we overlooked the transportation damage to the vehicle upon delivery, and we deeply apologize for these mishaps. This is something we do not take likely, and we will be taking this information to the appropriate departments in order to improve our inspection process. This is not a standard representation of Carvana, as all of our vehicles are thoroughly detailed and cleaned before each test drive. We clearly missed the mark on this, and are truly sorry for failing to meet yours and our expectations. After reviewing the photos that you sent to our repair team in regards to the front bumper, they do meet our standards of natural wear and tear on a used vehicle. Carvana has offered compensation for the unexpected issues and inconveniences youâ€â„¢ve had to endure with the transport damage. Additionally, we gave the option to either return or swap into another vehicle that better suits your needs. Carvana wants nothing more than to turn this experience around for you and hope we can ultimately repair this relationship.     Very good experience!! I have purchased many cars through the internet over the past 10 years. This was the best experience yet. The car was as advertised with a competitive price. Their customer service has been excellent...it's like everyone I speak with really appreciates my business and is willing to go the extra mile. They do all the little things well too: the car was detailed, a small gift bag was in the car, a full tank of gas, and even a $25 gift card inside the fuel tank door as a special surprise for the first fill-up. Everyone is motivated and seems to value the customer. I would say they are like the "Chic-Fil-A" of the auto sales business, where every response is a genuine "my pleasure".
